Another possibility is, if the FTC tech is best in class, perhaps the other LEO operator may also want to use FTC equipment.

I doubt it. FTC has risen from circa 10p to 80p (very briefly) in a very short period of time. The fallback is likely to have been inevitable.
In my view, the ‘biggie’ to look out for is when the contract is announced for the satellite based units (may be referred to as payload??). FTC were awarded a sum of cash to develop these units a little while ago and we may hear sometime soon, I hope!!
I would imagine that the kit will need to be far more robust than that used in the ground stations so extensive testing is very likely.

I had a 1-on-1 meeting with the CEO and CFO of Filtronic this week following the company’s results (thank you to Walbrook for arranging).
It’s a stock I’ve highlighted here before and is a current holding, and despite the share price rally I feel there is more to come.
Remember, this is a business that was hugely successful in the Dotcom bubble.
