18/1/2013 14:12 | A good trading statement can nudge FWEB back over 72p (the last remaining know resistance level). A bad one and this could go straight below 68p. But thier isnt a statment - so its stay at 70p. | lionelw
11/1/2013 17:02 | ... all that cash must be burning a hole in their pockets. Still, at least in the interims, Tubex and Boddingtons seemed to be well integrated and contributing quite nicely. It will be a shame if they don't put any at all aside for that mythical special dividend (I wonder where that Peel Hunt guy got 'could be upto 30p/share' from, or maybe the FT and IC misinterpretted his words), but the management always said they need to review that from the off. Holders probably best prepare themselves for another year of jam tomorrow. Hope the toast doesn't get cold, or even stale by the time the jam's on the table. | lionelw
11/1/2013 16:51 | acquisition probably..... | insipiens
11/1/2013 13:57 | ... or of course they are waiting because they want to announce something which is not totally ready yet. Haven't seen any of the usual director sells lately, so who knows. | lionelw
11/1/2013 10:00 | trading statement delayed again (usually 1st or 2nd Friday of new trading year) - sometimes means new shorting opportunity, so could be fun as just about at 52 week high now | lionelw

28/12/2012 10:41 | "an expected maximum gearing level of 1x EBITDA" | lionelw
28/12/2012 10:33 | The RNS says 'consistent with' not equal to. Is this just saying that the earnings are enough to service the loan facility in the same way as someone can have a £250,000 mortgage consistent with their income of £50000 pa? | v11slr
28/12/2012 09:45 | ... so what does the "Depreciation and amortisation of intangibles were circa. £28m last year. " argument mean? EBITDA ignores all those things (last year, this year and next year). | lionelw
28/12/2012 09:37 | Earnings Before Interest Tax Depreciation and Amortisation. | v11slr
28/12/2012 09:34 | What does the B in EBITDA stand for? | lionelw
27/12/2012 20:50 | No, there is no typo! Depreciation and amortisation of intangibles were circa. £28m last year. Add a similar number to that back to the expected profit and you will get close to the £40m! | topvest
27/12/2012 18:29 | EBITDA of GBP40 million - are you sure Katie??? Must be a typo in today's RNS otherwise divis will need to go up to 40 / 1.7/ 3 = 7.8p That'll be the day! And that's not to mention the special divi. Gotta laugh. "Consistent with an expected maximum gearing level of 1x EBITDA, a new loan facility of GBP40 million has been agreed" | lionelw
