If there was further bad news today they would have had to have said something because they have given the market very specific guidance. The new FD is a permanent appointment, but not on the board. Simply does to stack up.

You have completely missed my point! Clearly not having an FD on the board is NOT a sustainable position. I think we may be about to see some corporate activity here...

So a highly acquisitive company with weak financial controls decides it no longer needs an FD on the board? I suspect there is more to this announcement than they are letting on.

It's going on across the entire market, dave. Complete panic selling indiscriminately. Will probably turn out to be a good buying opportunity for many of them with rises as quick as the falls.

Just added 2 x 5000 but I'm cautious and not adding size, before yesterday I would have bought 100k at this price but I'm adding 10k at each 2p drop to be safer
