i doubt many CFO resignations prompt a sharp rise...so that just bullocksHowever, CFO pushed by major shareholders, probably for being incompetent.company is dirt cheap. Fair value £1

"Stepping down" is the kind way of putting the board change I think!

Not really surprising given the last profit warning was self inflicted and where the stock is. Probably should've happened at the FY results release.

Glad it was helpful. Only real smidge of blue. Market has been woeful the last few days. If the market is really going to sell down growth stocks, then value should outperform. In which case, can't really grumble about the positioning of FFI at all
