08/1/2019 13:29 | You mention the idea of a buyback in your post, but I'm not sure they would be able to do this with the restrictions they have on ownership (think was in admission document, basically if the pre-IPO concert party individually go over 30% or buy more if already over 30% then must make general offer for the company). If they do a buyback of shares not held by major holders today, it would increase ownership for members of the pre-IPO concert party. Not quite sure if this would trigger the requirement to make a general offer for the whole company or not (there would be members increasing who are already above 30% but they wouldn't have bought themselves to cause the increase). | alan00
08/1/2019 12:36 | If you believe in it so much with the ramps Dave, you could buy some yourself | ultimatewarrior
08/1/2019 12:05 | Guessing once you see one or two buys everybody will try to buy in. There will be a good 20-30 people watching this today to see if they can get this 1-2p cheaper on perhaps one more panic sell around the 21.25p mark | dave4545
08/1/2019 11:49 | Interesting stemis - but surely the constant drip drip of the share price suggests an mbo is the more likely ? | ultimatewarrior
08/1/2019 11:32 | Alternatively the company look to buy back shares in the market. At the current price the market cap is $47.0m (of which $28.4m is held by the 2 largest shareholders and $38.4m by holders over 3%)and they have $16.0m in cash and are profitable (although will need some for deferred consideration). It wouldn't take much to move this to a higher level and even the announcement I suspect would shift it significantly. | stemis
08/1/2019 10:36 | Surely it's only a profit for the mms if they can shift them ??? | ultimatewarrior
08/1/2019 10:29 | Ouch they flushed somebody out 50k sold at 21.25p mm must have enjoyed that profit | dave4545
08/1/2019 09:49 | Why does management need to pull their finger out - as I took my loss you have to accept this is a gamble and ffi has been a loser in every respectI can't see this lasting much longer on aim | ultimatewarrior
08/1/2019 09:25 | down again. Management need to pull out finger!! | tsmith2
07/1/2019 17:45 | Looks like somebody stepped in late on to get some stock and was matched with the sellers stock. And a few nibbles in the closing auction. Perhaps tomorrow will be better | dave4545
07/1/2019 15:02 | FFI still not sharing the love of many other small caps. Plenty of watchers I'm sure but they are holding back until they see some kind of momentum. No quote to sell at 23p and 23.3p to buy atm | dave4545
07/1/2019 14:59 | I don't see it. There was a 135k trade but that was an Uncrossing Trade (UT) so somewhat irrelevant. | carcosa
07/1/2019 14:50 | 150k sell, seller done? | tsmith2
07/1/2019 09:09 | 23.25-23.5p spread right now Be nice if FFI could join in the bull market and at least have some kind of bounce | dave4545
04/1/2019 16:29 | Almost the same now 22.25-23.35p | dave4545
04/1/2019 16:28 | Overhang lol Will be in the teens next as I said it would be on results day | ultimatewarrior
04/1/2019 16:19 | Getting 23.25-23.5p now Support it there, so is the overhang sadly | dave4545
04/1/2019 16:17 | I have no problem with you personally stemis - I'd like to make that clear | ultimatewarrior
04/1/2019 16:05 | I prefer not to filter posters, especially on boards where the traffic is manageable. | stemis
04/1/2019 14:10 | If posters don't add value then filter them and leave them talking to themselves. I generally check their post history first to make sure it isn't a one-off but filter early, filter often is the only way to make advfn usable. | epo001
04/1/2019 11:44 | Stemis my posting here today was caused by daves post this morning - overly ramptastic nonsense - why is the spread important on a share that's fallen so much. I couldn't resist replying to him, I should have bitten my tongue | ultimatewarrior
04/1/2019 11:37 | What rise ? If you were such a bull surely you’d buy at 23p ? I'm not here to give a running commentary on my dealing, just to exchange useful data and analysis on the company to help my decision making. If I've no interest in a share I don't post. | stemis
04/1/2019 11:07 | Ultimatewarrior - i find it very unhelpful to keep monitoring stocks where i have sold out, best to move on and focus on current positions imho. | fozzie
04/1/2019 11:02 | There's been no blue since interimsJust 30% wiped off company | ultimatewarrior |
