In this weeks "Money Week" - in the guide to the week's share tips, Fastfill is rated a buy by the publication "Shares" and states "strong results from this derivatives software group, which has a £14.2m order book mean dividend payments could be about to be introduced".

Looks like the penny may have just dropped on what a good little company FFA is, and with the prospect of a DIVI this would put FFA into a another league. This could attract attention of some serious investors and with the shares held very tightly we could some serious movements.

I don't know how up todate this list is as Advance AIM Value Realisation "Nortrust" are no longer in business....

We seem have our annual pack shuffling going on today with nearly 10% of the company going through the MM's. Also nice to see some buying going through at 5.70p maybe we see another tick up.

396.000,0000 shares 222,000,000 with gart, blackrock ,directors,ect, 174,000,000 in open market,this wil have good returns soon,id say bugs bunny has,170,000,000 leving 4,000,000.bugs what do you hope to see in this share, in mid term? good news if they by back shares and give divd to.

Welcome eye2.

Ive been in this one for 5yrs now waiting and waiting and waiting for Mr t and the board to complete the turn around of a basketcase company to a company making its first real profit which they completed in this set of results.

In all these yrs there has never the mention of a possible DIVI in the future. I see this as a very positive move.

We already knew what was coming in the results from the trading statement earlier, but i didn't see this coming.... Cut and pasted from the results:

Distributable Reserves
It is the Board's intention, at the Annual General Meeting to be held in July, to seek Shareholder approval for the cancellation of the Company's Share Premium Account. The effect of this cancellation, were it to be approved, would be to create distributable reserves in the Company which would give it the flexibility to pay DIVIDENDS or to purchase its own shares in the market to be held in treasury or cancelled, should this be considered to be in the best interests of the Company and its shareholders.

I've just read those results and in this market at the top of my
head i guessed the highest market cap could be would be 7 million.

21 million !!!!

I hold a stock worth around the same, jeez it's fundamentals in every
corner blitz this, i cant see the value here ?
