13/4/2010 12:11 | Share price Down 10% in 4 days after trading update and nearly a million shares sold ......I've had nearly 20 press updates so PR people doing there job.....its a pitty they have been given blanks to spin by the company.....Market not impressed nor a large group private investors who will go with a takeover after years of waiting to get return on there investment in FFA. | bugs bunny
13/4/2010 11:01 | I am pondering whether to sell or not. I could make a little profit. If in doubt - do nowt. | venture traveller
09/4/2010 15:34 | This is board for the SMALL private investor and we don't have enough clout as a large holder.....We are like an pin head of an annoyance to the board....In the great scheme of things we are important for the PLC's to have the small private investor on board but not that important enough as a large holder. However I hold 1 million shares and I know of others who hold simular holding size who all have said enough is enough this time round.......The board has totally misread the undercurrent of of the small private holders..... We don't go to the AGM's we are too small to make any difference with such large block votes at the AGM, but we are here.....If ION or ????? do make a move they will have a few more percentage points brought to there table now. Enough is enough now and we have been waiting Patiently for a return on our investment in FFA for years.... Time is now up. | bugs bunny
09/4/2010 15:11 | im done, Ion or whoever come and get us. I really wish KT read this board or his nomad PC. | ffastfill
09/4/2010 14:32 | Loads of Updates coming in today with FFA alerts....Trying to put different spin on yesterday update....Come on Guys when you made the announcement HSBC one of the biggest bank in the world as a client, the share price didn't even move and to my recollection there were no trades....So what is shouting about it now will make any difference now. Question is there going to be a Financial return for FFA share holders YES or NO | bugs bunny
08/4/2010 15:35 | I've had 8 alerts this afternoon on the FFA statement from here in the UK and from the USA......FFA PR firm is getting the word out.... It will be interesting if we get some share price movement upwards and I don't mean a return to this mornings share price before the statement over the next few days trading. Good to hear FFA you would back a takeover and I've heard from a few more holders they feel the same way now......I hold 1 million shares in FFA....An annoucements of a Divi is the important factor to me and alot of other private holders. Mr T and now Mr P have never taken the small private holders very seriously and treated ffa almost like there private company with large institutional backers....This has been OK with me and a few others however with this statement, the markets reaction, No memtion of a possible Divi, things changed for me and of course we have ION now. Talking to other small private holders there mood has now changed.....Pivate Holders with the simular size holdings as mine and in the same time scale holding... They would now all go for a takeover.....enough is enough with NO financial return on our investment. As I say I have been here for 6 yrs approx and I am in profit just on my purchase price. | bugs bunny
08/4/2010 14:55 | im 100% behind the takeover now. They would have said we would expect a divi or if they had half a brain they would. | ffastfill
08/4/2010 09:35 | Old Excuses but new slant. Reason why we haven't: Headline statement: FFastFill expects substantial improvement in profits, Then its followed by these statements. Significant new income had been delayed into the early months of the current financial year. The delay in new income will mean that profitability will be behind what it had previously expected. The Question is DIVI or NO DIVI this time round. LOL Down .5p 9.30am after statement. Hamish Purdey, Chief Executive Officer, commented, "The business is in the strongest position in its history......SP still falling down 7% on little trades......I don't think the Market, MM's or the sellers have the same confidence as Mr P or very impresssed with the FFA statement. | bugs bunny
08/4/2010 09:34 | GROUNDHOG DAY. I've been in this company for 6yrs approx and all I've ever heard from Mr T and the board is delays in signings, excuse's and why they haven't acheived. Jam tomorrow, Jam tomorrow, Jam tomorrow, year after year, set of results after set of results. The sooner they are taken over the better now.....We will at least make some money on this one..... Mr T and the board certainly aren't giving money back to the shareholders at the moment. The only time we seen any significant movement in the share price has been with takeover speculation. These set of results should have a maiden Divi for its shareholders. I would now fully support any takeover of FFA.......The board have taken as far as they can.....We now need someone to take us to the next level. | bugs bunny
08/4/2010 07:07 | answer is ...... we missed targets....feels like groundhog day. | ffastfill
23/3/2010 09:20 | Hopefully very good Results Published in May..........The Question is,Divi or No Divi this time round ????? | bugs bunny
15/3/2010 15:39 | More of these strange 200,000 + trades going thru. Daily occurrence! | wh1spa
04/3/2010 09:05 | Looks like we had few small sellers over the last few days and the MM's are taking advantage.....seems a bit strange to sell just as the results are out at the end of the month. | bugs bunny
23/2/2010 16:13 | Soon I hope. LOL | bugs bunny
