I have to agree, the presentation was daft listing Spain as an asset before we even have confirmation of it. sorry to say but very amateurish and so typically AIM.
JT probably thinks that good news in the pipeline will redeem him but the danger is now as i have pointed out the damage may already have been done to the share price and we will end up lucky to be treading water after dilutions and share price drop taken into account.

Cudnt agree more Spec7. JT has flattered to deceive in his first 6 months in Office.

We have seen NO meaningful news on either Moonlight OR Toral - just 3 placings and 2 option extensions so far.

If we get another extension into October, I think that the price will bomb, and deservedly so. - IMHO.

As far as Moonlight is concerned, we have heard absolutely NOTHING meaningful, since BVI failed to pay up for their BFS funding share, in December last year.

As for PR, it has been virtually non-existent.

JT will have the opportunity to give us some more info when he announces the next extension. We really need a working update now or another extension with no news will really hit the share price
The danger then is that the share price drops so far even good news will see it struggle to get back to where it was last year . We already need a 150% increase to get back to where we were pre the dilution and spanish interest 12 months ago....

The basic deal cud hav been signed off 2 months ago, but they r trying to finesse the deal for the future value of FCR shareholders. I still don't rule out a JV , or even (as an outside chance) an Offtake Agreement of some sort, when the Toral deal RNS finally drops - whenever that is............ !

we've had a warning of an extension well in advance and another at the last minute so we can't read much into that !
pat thinks next week, Sam thinks another extension, personally i no longer have a clue :-)

Thanks Black, I hadn't actually. Dusnt really tell us anything we didn't already know, and very sketchy on how both projects in South Africa & Spain will be funded, to completion of DFS's, assuming they don't both get sold before that happens.

Precedence of nearby Ormonde Mining and Berkeley Energia presages well for FCR, however, as both these projects will be in production very shortly. Shows the Spanish actually want these mines to happen & have the permitting processes to allow that. Not sure you can say that about South Africa under the delectable Mr Zuma !

I think you are right Pat. Sounds like JT is being played around by GQ & Lundin at present. Lets hope he is savvy enough to work it all out, to FCR's advantage.

Who knows, the delay may even be caused by sumthing like a JV being negotiated with GQ or Lundin themselves. Only time will tell..............

My guess is the price, steel prices and the lack of interest in steel production.
Their is a danger of this happening to Toral as well. 1 in 3 zinc mines loses money at current prices.
What slightly bothers me is when JT said he was fully funded he obviously forgot the RNS about being fully funded had not been released. Hence it was rushed out at 4.15 after the pod cast
Now we have a presentation with Toral listed as a company asset, obviously written before the delay ?
We also have an RNS from jt saying he expected to complete ahead of schedule nearly 3 months ago.
We have a rumour a second party has an unexpired option on/toral and yet JT said he flew to Spain and carried out DD himself months ago ?
None of this inspires confidence...
