Interesting four trades!

So all these jobs with a date 31/12/20. Now the optimist might say that they have a large number of customers ready to take up Bleepa but they are not yet in a position to service them.
Untill the new employees are on board and trained up.
If so, we could indeed, see a “CarlsbergR21; RNS!

Wish I'd have bought my holdings (just under 500k) at these prices. Have to sit and wait it out just for breakeven which hopefully will happen sooner than "imminent"!!

Checked out the jobs. All but Business Development Executive – FBKM008 are no longer available.

Just one appointment left to fill.

I see the 500K trader is now a buyer!

There are still five jobs advertised on the website. Another month to fill them.

Of course they may have been filled but the website hasn't been updated. The video on the home page shows no views. I've already watched it three times!

I agree Ged, nothing regarding 30 days. Rules are fairly relaxed. He can’t sell within 12 months though. So he’s in for the end game, which if Bleepa is successful will be a take out.
Last 2 days have been very encouraging, as I thought we would drift without news.

On AIM there are rules but we all no they are not enforced. I think a NOMAD would usually be cautious about releasing big news within a short time period of director buys.

Brasso, I've seen it mentioned before about 30 days but I'm not sure where in the rules it states 30 days.

Doesn't the rule only apply if it's known information?
If there's no contract agreed at the time of purchase then it seems OK to buy even if a contract concludes the next day. At least that's my interpretation of the rules.

Monday will be over a month since the director purchases so news will be within AIM rules. :)

I wonder how the two events went for Bleepa last week. Perhaps we'll get a tweet to let us know. Although I guess the most they can say is - there were (very) encouraging talks with prospective buyers.

Will the name of Feedback eventually change to Bleepa?



I noticed the gap never filled. I seem to remember reading that they don't have to be. Though it certainly didn't look like the typical breakaway gap!
