Unsure how to value the below statement. There must be quite a few pagers in the UK Healthcare system?

"is likely to replace pagers in the UK National Healthcare System"

With many thanks to Investor Bill over on the other place for finding the following.

“According to Global Market Insights, healthcare IT market size is valued at USD 187 billion in 2019 and is expected to grow at over 15.6% CAGR between 2020 and 2026. That is a huge pie and to be honest, our goal is to cut out a significant slice of it,” adds Ebelewicz-Plaza.

Speaking about the pandemic’s impact on health tech, he says: “We have been observing the trends on the market brought about by the pandemic situation. A logical consequence was the sharp increase in the demand for telemedicine and mHealth equally so for healthcare institutions, professionals and patients. Actually we have been involved ourselves in a project which due to that demand has grown very fast and is currently on the forefront of mHealthcare innovation. I am talking about Bleepa – a CE marked instant messaging system which facilitates the sharing of clinical-grade medical images between personal devices, such as smartphones and tablets offering the highest standard of security – which we are developing with our partner Feedback Medical. The mobile application was initially meant for clinicians as a safe and reliable way of sharing and discussing patient medical imaging examination data, as it combines its basic function of a messenger with advanced radiological features e.g. a viewer of high quality scan results, which already on the outset of the pandemic got upgraded to cater for the needs of hospitals preparing to face the influx of covid-19 patients. Very quickly Bleepa was introduced into two NHS trust hospitals and is likely to replace pagers in the UK National Healthcare System as it was awarded a place on the NHSx National Clinical Communication Tool Framework.

“In my opinion, the case of Bleepa is a perfect example of how the pandemic stimulated the need for health tech. It is definitely worth following”, Ebelewicz-Plaza adds.”

I do not think that would work either but in this instance, where we seem to have disintegrated into a communist state, it is always wise to hear all sides of a story.
I would rather look out of the window myself and try to work out what is going on than except wholeheartedly what we are being told by bumbling, inept officials who on the whole are proven liars.
This is the real freedom we should never allow to be compromised.
Now, I don’t know much about the age of the planet but what I do know is history is littered with tyrants going back thousands of years.

In the name of freedom we can all make up our own minds what to comply with, based on whatever evidence we can find to support what we actually want to do.

Seems a sound philosophy for a stable and civilised society.

Some scientists have said that the earth might only be 7000 years old. Creationist scientists I believe. So if you’re a creationist you can quote them, which is nice.

I do not really blame people for not wearing a mask and do not believe it should be mandatory to wear one either.
There’s actually very little evidence to suggest it’s working. I’m no expert but there is a growing army of global doctors, scientist, professors, etc who feel matters are being made worse.
I sort of agree as ever since we’ve been told to wear them, rates of infection have dramatically increased.
I won’t be standing in a line to have myself injected with that creep Bill Gates’ vaccine.

Ducatiman’s post about people not complying set me off on one I’m afraid.

Perhaps everyone should have to look at Earthrise each morning when they get up and realise how lucky we are to just exist.

I blame the 60’s when everyone started to think they could be individuals and free. Then that was reinforced in the 80’s by the greed is good individualism.

Downhill after that - people mor concerned with their rights than their duties.

Can all blame the government (any government) when it goes wrong.

We’re gradually reverting back to pre-science days. At some point the aliens will turn off the earth experiment as a massive fail.

Ah but Dom Ball has just made it 3-2. Just got to see out the added time.

Edit at 17:03.

Can't believe that game went beyond 5pm. Time wasting tactics.

The QPR midfield has the resilience of a blancmange.

OK Boris, your turn now. Beat that. Bet Michael Gove has his QPR kit on.

Back to normal 2-2 with five minutes left.

Rangers have a very soft centre. One centre back devoid of any visible defensive capability and a midfield without muscle.

She’s 89 LR2, evacuated in the War. Won’t leave a single piece of food on her plate uneaten. Just had a total knee replacement, out of hospital after 3 days, now walking around unassisted. They don’t make them like that anymore!

Schools the biggest breeding ground of any viruses to stay open!!!

Still time for them to lose a 2-0 lead.
