I am an optimist and believe if the product is worth having it will sell itself.
Interesting out of all those examples you pick out that piece.
Each to their own.

What a strange board this is .
I always thought that before I'd even bought.

You mean this is reassuring?

Genuinely do not believe in shorting and those forward selling with knowledge are acting illegally having been made inside regarding possible placing. That said I agree it def happens and wish the authorities would act on it.

What is also reassuring is that there are those participants that agree
not to sell for a certain length of time even if some do . Reference megan's great posts .

How much does it cost?
Bleepa will be sold on a subscription basis, there are some minimal set-up costs and then a monthly fee based on the number of people using the system. We are pleased to discuss individual needs
Can I buy one for my personal use?
To maximise the utility of Bleepa it is envisaged that a whole department or hospital will invest to allow everyone to benefit from it.
If a hospital adopts it, what difference will it make to patient care?
Feedback Medical believes that Bleepa will be transformational in the way clinicians communicate which will allow quicker decision-making and patient intervention. The chat data will be available for review by the hospital for medical or legal review if needed.
How do you know it is secure and confidential?
Bleepa development will allow organisations to comply with data protection guidelines, such as those required by the NHS. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and will be stored securely.
Who controls the data?
The hospital controls that data, which will be managed by Feedback Medical on behalf of the customer (hospital). It will not be used for any other purposes or exchanged with any third parties.

The anticipation was already in the price but the 'feedback' we get from the expo event will be everything.
This is such a good event for getting your product out there, directly to the people that matter.
It greatly increases the visibility then you have to rely on marketing an word of mouth.

Dr Tom Oakley, CEO of Feedback, commented:

"We are demonstrating Bleepa(TM) for the first time at Expo with leaders who are driving digital innovation across the NHS. The role of digital technology in revolutionising patient care is central to the NHS Long Term Plan and we believe Bleepa(TM) sits firmly at the heart of this movement, enabling clinicians to share high quality medical images and discuss how to give the best possible patient care securely and quickly via mobile devices."

Bleepa(TM) is an innovative new app based on Feedback's Cadran technology, which allows medical staff to securely view and discuss high quality medical grade images on mobile devices. The app will display images directly from the hospital's Picture Archive Communication System (PACS). Bleepa(TM) can display any type of image including X-rays, CTs, MRIs and ultrasound studies allowing users to easily scroll through image slices and annotate areas of interest. Questions can be asked alongside annotations and submitted into the chat where they can be securely reviewed by colleagues at the swipe of a finger, with instant access to the original image.

Bleepa(TM) enables faster clinical decisions as doctors will be able to share, review and discuss images including screen sharing with multiple staff, both accelerating and improving patient care. All data and resulting decisions will be stored in hospital records for later review.

No sign of an institution on board yet. Maybe later in the week.

16M that may be in loose hands after today's announcement.

It'll be interesting to see what happens tomorrow. Let's see if we get any good updates from the prestigious NHS Health and Care Innovation Expo.

All eyes on twitter from 9:00am.

Ooh the excitement, especially for the short term traders!

New code of conduct for data driven technology will allow patients to benefit from the latest innovations

'Health minister, James O’Shaughnessy, announced the introduction of the initial technology partnerships Code of Conduct for Data-driven Health and Care Technology. The code, which will be voluntary for organisations to sign up to at first, encourages companies to meet a gold-standard set of principles that will protect patient data and ensure only the best technology is used by the NHS. Lord O’Shaughnessy said: “Artificial intelligence and machine learning is a field that is moving at lightning speed and has tremendous potential across the healthcare sector. This is an important first step towards creating a safe and trusted environment in which innovation can flourish to the benefit of all our health.”
