Tonight the company mcap is £5 million. Tomorrow the mcap should increase by the net £1.9 million cash raised. So tomorrow the mcap should be £6.9 million and the number of shares issued will then be just shy of 540 million which should make each share worth about 1.275p. I would expect the share price to settle somewhere near that number.

If they are irrelevant why do you keep discussing them?
The share price mostly ,has been more positive lately because we are working up to something significant.
You keep talking about a few placing shares that have HAPPENED.
Perhaps, those taking part in the placing, are actually interested in Bleepa and regard their shares as an investment?
Whilst shares often do drift back to a placing price, these didn't ,but have continued to go up in steps, with natural drop-backs,because of the significance of Bleepa and the scenario that has developed in my opinion.
Basically, I see it as fresh news driving the share price and therefore a re-rating.
More important than that probably is the wider-market and what is happening there.

hazl, lol, we are not trading we are investing. Tomorrow the share price should fall below 1.2 bid. That is how it works. If it does not then the outlook is extremely bright. Positive newsflow over the coming weeks will hopefully create demand and therefore a rerating. If you believe bleepa is a product that will sell and that Cadran and Texrad have a future then tomorrow could be a time to buy. Daily movements at this stage are irrelevant. GL, duc.

Sonie, mms will react to trades, 1st decent sell tomorrow they will mark it down. So, those looking to buy ahead of good newsflow will get their chance around placing price.

2 ways this could play out over the next few days, as dc says, price could be below 1.2 because of those that want to sell and make a quick 10%, on the other hand, would the MMs keep the price at 1.3-1.4? Perhaps sweeping up all the buys for themselves @ 1.3-1.4, waiting for news on sales and so henceforth the price shooting up above 5p+ and demand for shares going up, the MMs would double/treble their money and perhaps a bit more too. Possible?

Possibly unless the placees are weighing up the prospects of 100% gain versus 8.3%.

Got to think that 1.3 bid is going to be under pressure tomorrow, even with the good prospects here.
