Further to the announcement of 5 June 2019, fastjet, the low-fare African airline, announces that it will hold a General Meeting at the offices of Liberum, Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London EC2Y 9LY at 11.00 am on 29 July 2019.
The 2018 Annual Report and Accounts together with the Notice of the GM and Forms of Proxy were distributed to shareholders on 28 June 2019. A copy of the Notice of the GM is available to view and download from the Company's website: www.fastjet.com
