More news on the Factom website. Wish FFWD and the other portfolio companies would learn from Factom about updating their website with news:



Factom, Inc., a blockchain as a service company that provides products offering document and data integrity as its EVP of R&D, recently announced the addition of three veteran executives: Mahesh Paolini-Subramanya, Laurie Pyle, and Jason Nadeau.

HOWEVER..... When reading the story and the other one on the Factom site it seems familiar and I think it is a repeat from earlier in the year when a similar "veteran" hiring story appeared. Anyway, it is news! Even if it is old and recycled. Shows they are not keeping the website static and unattended :-)

I agree with all,yooya looks tasty.
Our bod also have a massive 42% stake in leap (our biggest in any company by far) that tells me L.A also thinks this will be massive.
There is as lo the other gems we have.

I would agree with those figures as large as they are. These types of companies can easily attain that valuation on float in the right market........and 15% of that is a lot of spondoolies.

It's Yooya of them all I think holds the greatest near term potential for a IPO.

Usual 100x earnings per share at least for these types of IPO.

I can see Yooya with a £500m to £1bn mcap on float.

Call me mad but that's what I reckon.

We should get some figures soon bdog, with the interims due this month and realistically there are probably only about ten to twelve trading days left before the markets wind down for Christmas.

I'm really liking those figures, db. So FFWD owns 15% of Yooya who now have a major slice of the digital video market in China which has annual revenue of $1.57B (and still growing fast) ?!

Now that just goes to show how undervalued FFWD shares are currently. Based on Yooya alone I believe we deserve a major re-rating. Bring it on!

I wonder what % of the digital video market in China has been taken up by Yooya so far, must be a large proportion surely?

I would think Lorne and co know they need to deliver something good/positive when they deliver those interims. Would be very surprised if they didn't try and pull something out the hat before the new year begins.

he is on the share option scheme for 1 mill. shares and even the super rich like a little bit extra for free so 20 p. Jan ?? which is fast forward approaching.
