8881CB - I hope they are still a bit lethargic after their holidays and will not do anything quite so fast as I have some funds coming on 15th I have planned for another top-up here. This sort of price would do me fine. Don't really want to pay more ;-)

Hopefully you are right 8881CB. I think the private investors posting here have been quite patient, but it's sometimes not easy when you have monies invested in a share that is going nowhere for weeks on end on little volumes. One problem with FFWD at the moment is that it hasn't caught the imagination of the wider audience and it doesn't help when the company is using its Twitter feed to say the same old, same old, ad nauseum. I'm just giving my honest opinion and I'm still heavily invested at various prices from 8.5p upwards.

Bearing in mind the Strategic Update of 14th July I would anticipate significant developments and share price increases within 12 weeks rather than 12 months. But I think you are right that over 12 months we will see something rather special.
I am expecting the news to start imminently as everyone will be back at their desk in the City on Monday.

if all these companies from the portfolio were listed on Aim i would suggest the combined valuation of ffwd stakes would be a lot higher than the current mc of ffwd. i am really comfortable in my investment here and expect to see an share price far higher in the next 12 months. gla

September has arrived and on Monday the City will be back to work. I am expecting the news flow to commence very soon and with it the share price rise back to 20p.

I agree 3 trades is disappointing but this is partly due to low volumes all round as people are off for the Bank Holiday. But I still think on a weekly basis the return is reasonable.

I think you are being a little harsh saying it was a disappointing week. Look at the graph which shows the tide has turned and we are heading north again. We started the week at 12p and ended at 14p which is a 16% rise.
I think we will get news in September when everyone returns to work and I am hopeful that the fireworks will start taking us back to 20p plus.

db4, lots on holiday and not looking in, others waiting for concrete news. However, I suspect once we have news of our first disposal the share price will rise and interest will be booming.

Well that was disappointing, I thought we were going to enjoy some fireworks here after the start to the week, but it turned into a bit of a damp squib - back to taking the patience pills I suppose. Enjoy the holiday weekend everyone. :-)

We know that Lorne Abony is going to concentrate his attention on the gaming sector, but I hope he keeps Factom in the FFWD portfolio as I'm enthusiastic about the progress being made this year by that company. There's much more to come from Factom I think.
