Recovering now after 137 trades bring this mornings volume to 3 million. Down just 2.8% and looking as you say to tick up again soon.

Take BRH 6 investments

This time a year ago they were all nothing investments, valued at nearly nothing.

You could look at them and think now which one of them is going to be a star and go from nothing to £100 mil max valuation and you would still struggle.

So like FFWD throw out little feelers everywhere rather than have all the money in one stock while all the others in the sector go mad and you miss out.

In the case of Brh and Rms it worked well

This has been a good week for FFWD on many fronts with yesterday’s listing of YOOM being the big one as it crystallised a £2 million gain to our NAV which can be recognised in our accounts. Hopefully it will continue to increase in the coming days and weeks and will be fully visible. I think the expectation of fireworks when YOOM listed caused disappointment when it didn’t happen yesterday but it was still a good start for FFWD.
We know Portage is soon to be on the NASDAQ which caused its share price on the illiquid exchange it’s currently on to increase 30% yesterday.
We know that EMMAC is working on a London listing which will be a major liquidity event and of course we are expecting developments with Leap which as our largest investment and 44% will totally transform the NAV.
It is disappointing to see this mornings share price but I believe it will soon start moving north again. We have had a lot of attention from the market this week and are known much more widely. The downside is we attracted the day traders who look for a quick return which they took yesterday. But we will now be on the radar of more serious investors who will buy for the next few months as large amounts of value will be unlocked. The patience of long term holders will after 4 years be well rewarded.

Spread the money around I guess, you never know which one will be the big one.

It's like trading shares...you buy 5 stocks in a certain sector and the one you do not touch is the one that goes nuts.

Bit like FFWD and cannabis stocks, we are drifting while all the cannabis stocks are going to the moon

Some berk has just sold 23k at 9.65p...I mean it's 20k nms so why not fill or kill
at get 10p if you must sell, threw away £70

Today’s new investment in Australia looks promising. My only comment is that it’s a very small stake at 0.9% so why not look to take more.

We’ve had to flush out the traders all the way up, but I’m happy to keep accumulating, especially after the latest acquisition. I think I heard somewhere that there’s an ETF now that tracks cannabis related investments, so they would have to start buying FFWD now if that’s correct.

Thanks for the confirmation last night about the NAV Mellons, although I see that Ed is saying that the Yooma flotation has added £2m to the NAV. Let’s see where it and Portage goes today.

It’s done really well. I’ve a large holding in it and It’s due to the expected news being confirmed with a date of it to list on Nasdaq.

That Portage I'm not sure what exactly that listing is in the US now but it went up 30% last night.
