The Key Investor Document is available on the FFWD website as mentioned in FFWD RNS on 12 March:

- KEY INVESTOR DOCUMENT ("KIID")
The Company announces that its Key Investor Document is available on the Company's website within the Corporate Documents section.

If this is all that Barclays need to enable trading then hopefully this should do the trick.

I know other brokers can deal and I told Barclays that. Still not interested - just said it was down to FFWD to send them the Key Investor Document. Useless bunch !
I have also emailed FFWD so might get somewhere that way.
Fortunately, I do have another broker but they are more expensive to deal with.

If you are with Barclays it is impossible to buy any !! I have complained to them 3 times but they do nothing about it and really don't seem bothered.

Volume is low with 180,000 volume. UP 2.6%. On another site someone is commenting that it is difficult to buy any decent volume.

When FACTOM day arrives you won't even see the 30s and 40s in my opinion.Investors have not grasped how huge it will be.
