Nuuvera and Aphria share price seems to be in free fall. Any ideas ?

The current spread is 17.5 and 18.25. Yet if you try a buy you can get it for 17.75. And that would show as a sell

Quite a few of the ones shown as sells are buys. Monkey. If you look at the spread you can normally see the ones that are buys even though they are red. Say you have a bid / offer of say 17p and 18p they autaomatically put everything below 17.5p as a sell. But if you look you will see sells at 17p and buys put through as red at around 17.4p. Try a dummy but you will see

I see most if not all trades are showing as sells when infact they are buys.

I wouldn’t think so. Main idea is to reduce number of shares = raise NAV and hopefully share price.

Do you think they will give an RNS soon about buys. Doesn’t look like they have bought many if any the last few days. Surely they should be buying at these prices.

Dead day on the markets and sheep always come along in Aim. When one sells usually more follow.

Good time to pick up cheap shares in a lot of stocks if you are prepared to hold
if they even drift lower.

The next tranche of shares being bought by the company ie the 25% of share capital, will be under the conditions of a 'Tender Offer'. As I understand this, it means they will buy shares from existing shareholders at a premium to the prevailing market share price. We've yet to hear the exact terms of this arrangement however.

there finding it hard to get these shares, so start selling to get the 1st buyback out of the way, then we can move on, they will have to move the bar up for the 2nd buyback or were going to be stuck in a very tight trading range, so you all know what to do , SELL

Remember, there is a pre-existing buyback, unrelated to the Special Resolution, 25% buyback, which is running until end of Feb. Restrictions on buying for that are as per this RNS:

So as of 16th Jan, there was still sanction to buy up to another 2.61m shares back under the existing programme.

We should get an RNS with final details of that some time after next Weds - unless they again extend.
