Any press coverage or tv news about Australia supplying Europe with gas, and this will rocket.

i shall be interested to see if the weekend press gives us any news as if they have had a good result at Santos then it helps to confirm-derisk Beetaloo which is definitely topical given todays gas prices and Australias recent offer to help Europe in any gas shortage.

It has to be worth a punt and has already paid off for those of us who got in a few weeks ago. Tally ho!

Usual insightful note from Cenkos. Chairman Joe Nally has timed his arrival at Falcon Board well.

Cenkos today.

The Single Biggest Year in the 1 Billion Year History of the Beetaloo
As part of the Stage 3 work programme, Falcon Oil & Gas has confirmed that it will embark on a fully-funded, high-impact, extensive work programme in 2022. The Company will drill, fracture stimulate and test two 2,000m+ horizontal wells, with the aim of providing line of sight to the commercialisation of the Beetaloo. The programme will focus on the Amungee Member B shale, following the successful production log test in 2021, which suggested a normalised gas flow rate of 5.2-5.8MMscf/d per 1,000m horizontal section – a potentially commercial flow rate.BUY
In September 2021, Falcon announced a fivefold increase in the normalised gas flow rate from the Amungee Member B Shale at the Amungee NW-1H well, providing a firm line of sight to the commercialisation of the Beetaloo. Production log data from the Amungee NW-1H well confirmed that 85-95% of production had come from just a 200m horizontal section, equating to a normalised flow rate of 5.2-5.8MMScf/d over a 1,000m horizontal section. These test results significantly exceed the expected commercial threshold of 3.0MMscf/d over a 1,000m section and puts the Beetaloo on a par with other shale gas basins in North America.
Imminent Near-Term Re-Rating Opportunity Immediately east and adjacent to Falcon’s acreage, flow testing continues at the Tanumbirini-2H/3H wells, with the 30-day IP rate expected to be announced in the next two weeks. Early indications are encouraging, with Tamboran Resources announcing that both wells have flowed gas to surface. The aim of the drilling programme is to establish commercial flow rates from the Velkerri dry gas play – the same play where Origin/Falcon discovered 6.6Tcf of gross contingent 2C resources as a result of the successful extended production test (EPT) of the Amungee NW-1H well in 2016. The 6.6Tcf of 2C resources only covers an area of 1,968km2, representing just 1/8th of the JV acreage immediately surrounding the Amungee NW-1H well, with any success by Santos/Tamboran likely to extend the Velkerri B shale dry gas play fairway substantially to the east.

Great plans for 2022. Beetaloo is going to be huge and news from 2 other venturers very soon too.

Of more importance is this -

''We expect these results to be communicated to the market shortly and believe that these will prove to be another important moment for the nationally significant Beetaloo Sub-Basin."

Sounds like POG already knows the flow rate results...a subtle hint if ever there was one

Stage 3 Planned Work Programme includes:

-- acquisition of 40 km2 of 3D seismic survey on the Amungee NW-1H well
lease area;

-- drilling two 2,000+ metre horizontal wells on the Amungee NW-1H pad,
targeting the Amungee Member (formerly knowns as the Middle Velkerri) B
Shale;

-- fracture stimulation of both horizontal wells;

-- extended production testing of between 90 and 180 days on each well;

-- follow up core and log analysis of the very encouraging preliminary
evaluation of the 2021 Velkerri 76 well results; and

-- further evaluation of the results of the Kyalla 117 N2-1H well to better
understand the issues encountered during testing in 2021.
Stage 3 Drilling and 3D Programme Objectives

-- The acquisition and interpretation of 3D seismic will be used to:

-- plan the drilling of the 2022 wells and any future horizontal
wells in the area;

-- optimise horizontal well trajectories; and

-- assess the viability of future 3D surveys in the Basin.

-- The two horizontal wells are being designed to:

-- demonstrate scalability of the Amungee NW-1H results over longer
laterals; and

-- establish operational and cost efficiencies by drilling more than
one well from the same pad.

Thanks again ohisay. A high flow rate is indeed an extremely good indicator of how much gas is down there.
If we can get to the 20's, before any bids come in, we could well see a bidding war North of £1.
