Morning all. I was just doing a bit of research on the Beetaloo basin. As we know there's not much about at the moment that we don't already know. Santos whose flow test results we are waiting on have a minority partner called Tamboran Resources, a small Australian company. Their website is well worth a read for anyone interested in the Beetaloo basin, here's a couple of snippets:


"The Beetaloo Basin has been earmarked by the Federal and Northern Territory governments as being highly strategic for the future direction of Australian gas supply, with significant potential to convert multi-trillion-cubic-foot (TCF) resources into large 2P reserves".


"In line with this, Tamboran intends to accelerate the appraisal and commercialisation of its licences in the Beetaloo Sub-basin, to provide affordable gas to local Northern Territory markets and the east coast of Australia".

There is other info on the website, but I like the phrase "accelerate the appraisal and commercialisation of its licences".
The companies involved in the Beetaloo are going to make their investors very wealthy. I intend to be one of them.

At the time of the announcement of Beetaloo commerciality. Craven did a masterclass with highly lucrative sale of Cove Energy after commercial find in Mozambique and he will be the backseat driver for sale of Falcon and Origin declare Beetaloo commercial. Could be circa 2023................

I mean it is ig index spread bet account that is the standard one. As I do not have 50k to upgrade to the professional version. I gather you trade with ig broker service.

Get a different broker. I'm with Hargreaves Lansdown and never had any issues.

We should have flow test results from the two Santos drills by the end of the Month. As they are also targeting the Velkerri formation, it should make quite exciting reading.
