Q. on Directors shareholding.

I posted this on the "other" site too but thought ask here as well:-

"Anyone know what the director's skin in the game is? I am about to invest here and one of my checklist rules (when researching) is to see how much or if the directors have put some of their own cash into a company but cannot find much on the company website. I see an individual, Nicolas Mathys, has 5% approx. but no mention of the directors' shareholding.
Thanks in advance."

Each horizontal 3km frack has capacity to produce 2500 BOE/day every day for 18+ months (?) , from every level throughout 900m vertical thick horizon. Multiple producing stages feed producing wells simultaneously. Around 6 Trillion Cubic Feet of recoverable gas around every single well head. Inferred to be at least 200TCF in the basin (Dr David Close World expert's research suggests 494 TCF)... The Velkerri play is proven across the basin, hosted in unusually old, stable rock. The Velkerri dry gas genesis and lithology is laterally pervasive: From North to South and East-West. For 100-200km in every direction. Technically esteemed posters - there are many on here, with significant Fracking or geology experience - will furnish details on the how and why. Put questions forward if you have them.The scale and potential of FOG's Beetaloo asset is quite difficult to comprehend. A 50 bagger (from 5-10p) is not out of the question, but will require some success areas like the Kyalla condensate/wet horizon, (currently being tested). The Amungee updated flow test result is wonderful news... it mirrors or exceeds recent fantastic results from other Velkerri vertical frack wells; achieved by neighbours Tamboran Resources, Santos and Empire Energy 150km to the East. The implications of yesterday's news are truly epic. Press will follow. Funds and industrial investors will now be taking notice. Any question of commerciality is fully resolved. The significance of which cannot be understated.

Philip O'Quigley has often called Beetaloo "A World Class Play" but the market reckoned he was just another snakeoil salesman. Now he will have the opportunity to demonstrate to the market his undoubted skills as a dealmaker. What is FOG's stake at Beetaloo worth now? Wee Nally says 37p a share but we saw what the legendary John Craven(mentor of Falcon CEO O'Quigley) did at Cove with the Mozambique field....

'Energy minnow Falcon Oil & Gas saw its shares more than double in value, rocketing 104.7pc, or 5.14p, to 10.05p following positive test results from one of its gas wells located at the Beetaloo sub-basin in Australia's Northern Territory.

The company said the results from the Amungee well suggested a gas flow of between 5.3m and 5.8m standard cubic feet per day, which chief executive Philip O'Quigley said 'significantly exceeds the paramaters set out by an industry expert to demonstrate that the well is commercially viable. 'This is really exciting news for Falcon shareholders,' O'Quigley added.

Spotted this just after 7am after the thread was bumped by someone seeing the RNS commenting. Bought a chunk just after the 8am open, thought I might grab an easy 10/20% gain. Turns out I made an intraday bag. Nothing brings me greater pleasure than an unexpected personal gain combined with the deeply satisfying feeling of knowing the army of sub-human gutter-slime trolls that infest ADVFN daily missed this completely and failed completely and utterly miserabley with every "deramping" attempt they made. Oh my gawd that is beyond delicious :-D

If anyone wants to know more about this company and where it could go, I would seriously recommend reading the LSE thread,There are many experienced posters (ex industy) who have been posting on FOG for many many years, far better then the drivel below that certain posters, post on any thread where there is a spike
