22/11/2022 16:11 | That's what I think Richman, I think they may have stopped selling. Once the market gets a sniff of that then this goes crazy. A bit of volume then we break out of this ludicrously low trading range and back over 1p and some. | wololol
22/11/2022 16:09 | Yes indeed Interesting that the last Amati RNS was more than two months ago-perhaps halving their stake was the objective not exiting completely | richman777114
22/11/2022 15:40 | Absolutely richman the outlook statement in next months Interim results will tell us a bit more how the H2 is shaping. | z1co
22/11/2022 15:36 | Z1COI agreeIt's all about contracts now and the more MRR the better | richman777114
22/11/2022 15:34 | richman It could happen in 2023.The depressed share price is a direct result of Amati offloading their holding. They have sold more than 8% of their holding in 2022 and now have only 8.6% left. If the business trades strongly throughout 2023 then the share price will multi bag next year. The directors want double the revenue within 18 months. The market cap is very small at £3.5m and they are fully funded with £2.5 cash. All depends how the business performs , i Strongly believe that they will trade strongly for the foreseeable future. | z1co
22/11/2022 15:06 | They would probably need to be making a pre-tax profit of about £500k to support a valuation of £13m in this (hot) sectorAssuming no further share issues (big assumption given track record) that would be an share price of 2.5p | richman777114
22/11/2022 15:03 | I don't disagreeI created it years ago-rubbish and crass choiceI'm onto advfn to change itPoorman2022 is the obvious choice | richman777114
22/11/2022 14:53 | There is an upside for W & Z if richman gets his current average, they will make a very nice sum of money. So 100/1 x 2.5p is a tall order but you never know your luck. | clocktower
22/11/2022 14:46 | Richmann (invested for the last 5 year (was 5p/share, now 0.65p)) without wishing to be too harsh or mean an obvious swipe' would be to suggest that you change your posting name to "Poorman" !! ------ apologies ! | smithie6
22/11/2022 13:54 | Good Luck with your £300k+ investment richman. | clocktower
22/11/2022 13:51 | No that's probably me done now-I'm on 2.47% of the co | richman777114
22/11/2022 13:50 | I've been invested for about 5 years and the company has been a cash guzzling jam tomorrow outfit but I like the board changes, the financials are improving and the sector is hot (I also own IGP-good interims today)The name change should increase investor interest and, whilst I'm not a huge fan of consolidations, at least it takes the stock out of the bombed out sub 1p arenaWouldn't take much in terms of contract wins for the stock to really motor from here-hence my fairly aggressive averaging down over the last six monthsAll IMHO DYOR | richman777114
22/11/2022 13:42 | That's good richman has bought them i certainly don't want the muppets buying in cheap | z1co
22/11/2022 13:39 | Hi Richman, great to have you on board. I thought I was doing well with 3.5 million but you've absolutely smashed it with 13million. I have no doubt this is start if the turnaround and sorry to hear about your paper loss so far. I think you've done the right thing averaging down if you believe in the company. If you have any questions myself and Zico will do our best to answer them and likewise I'm sure you'll be able to share some valuable insights into the company. Was you planning on averaging down further or is that it for now? | wololol
22/11/2022 13:34 | Hello,That was me to take my total holding to 13mThis has been a terrible investment so far (my average is probably around 2.5p) but I sense things have turned the corner and cyber security is a very relevant sector in today's world | richman777114
22/11/2022 13:30 | Yes I think it was walked down for someone for that big buy. | wololol
22/11/2022 13:27 | The 0.65p offer was very tempting to others as well as someone purchased 715,000. May be one of the muppets?. | z1co
22/11/2022 13:20 | MM's offering 0.63p which is well over the bid price 0.60p and buying price even for 50,000 is 0.65p. I don't think they will bring the offer to 0.60p,just 2 trades at the moment and a total of 102,000 shares. We'll see as the day progresses, but it's tempting even at 0.65p. | z1co
22/11/2022 12:52 | They will take over 1 million at 0.63 and 0.65 to buy good entry price. It's been walked down on nothing unless there is a delayed sell. What price will you buy at Zico 0.6 I presume ? | wololol
22/11/2022 12:48 | Finally the slight dip for the muppets before the share price rises a lot further. If (a big IF) it falls any further i'm also buying before the results. | z1co
22/11/2022 10:16 | Zico, Do you think there is more upside here or OSI? Do you believe the 5th quarter here will be as good as OSI and will you average down at the next fundraising? | kemche
22/11/2022 08:29 | All 3 of them clock ,yump and dave45 are all very sly and desperate to buy the shares again because they sold their punts (their words). They all post lies to scare other traders/investors in to selling their shares so they can buy slightly cheaper. Smelly clock is the worst one , this dog starts barking at 5.15 in the morning on the forum.I mean is he a troll or is he nasty dog. I'm not sure any more. | z1co
22/11/2022 07:33 | dave45 OSI has got nothing to do with FLX who are fully with £2.5m cash and will not be raising any more monies. They have sufficient cash to see them through to profitability. Another desperate post from dave45 , your real reason for deramping is to buy some shares if it dips slightly. With Interim results in less than 3 weeks this share will only go higher. The share price has been depressed only due to Amati selling down their stake and NOT due to lack of funds or business under performing. Lets not forget the share price was over 1.25p 12 months ago and with out doubt it will go higher than in the near future. | z1co
22/11/2022 07:29 | That was for investment in sales marketing, technology, they have Increased the headcount significantly due to product demand and to drive sales. In the next results in December the cash burn would have reduced and cash balance stabilise due to Increase in revenues and reduced capital investment expenditure. I think in the next 12 months they will become cash flow positive so no need to raise or debt financing. | wololol |
