19/11/2022 10:44 | Read this again you muoppet: I joined Falanx Cyber in March of this year after being asked to create a ‘business within a business’, heading up a new specialist arm dedicated to growth. It was a challenge I couldn’t turn down. The opportunity to bring together my passion for scaling businesses with my knowledge of the IT world, all at a time when the cyber industry has never been more important. This is why I have such high ambitions for Falanx. I want to double the turnover of the company in the next 18 months, expanding our core business offerings through brand building, direct sales, and new channel partnerships. Ultimately establishing Falanx as the ‘go to’ cyber partner for SME businesses. Having a UK-based Security Operations Centre (SOC) is quite unique in the sector. When you match this with our incredible team of analysts, we really do have an offering which I consider to be one of the best on the market. Driving adoption of our SOC will be key to hitting growth targets. | z1co
19/11/2022 10:41 | They gave a very upbeat outlook in September for the H1 and were even more bullish for H2 Interim results in less than 3 weeks will provide further information on the outlook for rest of the year. The management want to double the revenue within the next 18 months. | z1co
19/11/2022 10:35 | The company is low in market cap and fully funded with £2.5m cash. | z1co
19/11/2022 10:28 | Z you don’t need to pretend to me what you have or have not paid for stock in this, or how you intend trading them, that is entirely your business but if you still have the shares when the consolidation occurs then I wish you luck but if you think you’re constant repeating of the gush the directors churn out, in the hope that you can find other gullible investors to follow you and not just wait and see if the company succeeds as you state you think it will, and if it does, you know full well the share price will follow the fortunes of the company if shareholders trust the directors not to take huge bonuses (as they have done in the past) or pay themselves huge salaries while the share price sinks, so they get to a stage that they feel it is advantageous to consolidate the shares because of their failings or their greed. It does not require you to pump the trash they have to date but all well and good to take a position and let it ride and discuss the range of possibilities with posters that have a different perspective of the company and come up with compelling reasons to support your view. It might turn out well for investors but they might face a lot more dilution to raise funds for whatever the directors want to say the money is for. You have to accept there are many possibilities that you have no control about whatsoever, like the shock consolidation RNS. Just warn people of the risks of investing in sub penny stocks like this and then if they fall into the trap, it is entirely their own fault. | clocktower
19/11/2022 09:57 | clock you muppet let me say it you again all my purchases are less than 0.60p so how am i losing you complete idiot. | z1co
19/11/2022 09:53 | clock The awful smelling troll has resurfaced again, your posts like above is why you leave a terrible stench on the forums after you post. Idiot i have bought for the long term and all my purchases are sub 0.60p.This comapny will grow for the foreseeable future. Nicola Hartland the Chief Revenue Officer is also very bullish on the outlook she wants to double the revenue over the next 18 months. The shares will keep rising ahead of the interim results due in beginning of December. They will multi bag in 2023. The market of the company is ridiculously low and they are fully funded with £2.5m cash | z1co
19/11/2022 09:18 | Dave4545 you’re mate Z clearly thinks he is a mind reader, as he seems to believe he knows your actions or is trying to intimidate you to replying, and either confirm or deny your trading movements. I wouldn’t mind betting that he is so desperate along with Wololol to ramp it up, in the hope that they can unload their stake at a profit to some new clueless investor, or at least at a reduced loss, as it is clear from their postings that they were deep into this before the RNS that took us all by surprise. Balance is a word he does not understand, so you’re barking up the wrong tree there. | clocktower

18/11/2022 21:52 | Try and keep it more balanced | dave4545
18/11/2022 21:41 | Typical deramper sells the shares and then posts that he still owns. You panicked due to share consolidation and sold them at the lows. | z1co
18/11/2022 21:40 | Myself and Wololol are paid subscribers we can post on any forum and there is nothing you can do about it. | z1co
18/11/2022 21:32 | Go and post on the other thread | dave4545
18/11/2022 21:29 | dave45 I for one always respected you and your posts but after your blatant lie today i will be very cautious in what you post. Posting lies on the forum will not give you credibility. | z1co
18/11/2022 21:21 | Thanks for your input Wololol From now on dave45 is not be trusted with his posts on FLX.He has clearly sold at the lows and has become a deramper. His posts even on Tuesday evening were rather bearish. This share will have a strong run to results in December and will multi bag in 2023. A £10m market cap will not make this company look expensive and that's about 3 fold from the current level. | z1co
18/11/2022 21:11 | Tell you what. I've never seen such desperate ramping of a stock I actually hold than these 2 are currently doing. I urge anybody else to do their own research. They clearly want out of this stock so be careful chasing it up | dave4545
18/11/2022 20:24 | It had to be a buy. I could tell from the 1st trade if was going to be a blue day just with how much they wanted full ask for tiny amounts due to the background buy. If these 1mill +1.5 million buys keep coming through on daily basis this is really going to take off. | wololol
18/11/2022 19:23 | Wololol What's your input of dave45 post 524 above. | z1co
18/11/2022 19:20 | Today's mid closing price of 0.675 is the highest since the trading update on August 4. | wololol
18/11/2022 18:58 | dave45 seems to me you have sold out at these low prices. It could not be a sell because offer stayed very strong all the way through to closing i was testing both buys and sells. At 4.29 the MM's were quoting full offer price of 0.70p for 100,000 and they were bidding over 0.65p to sell 500,000. If it was a sell MM's would not ask full offer for a mere 100,000. All of a sudden your posts from Wednesday have become rather bearish that is a clear sign that you have sold out. Not even one post from you in that time is of bullish nature. I have no objection in traders/holders selling because that's how markets are made. Please don't post lies like the one in your post above that amati has sold 1.5m. The 1,500,000 trade was a BUY because MM's were struggling all afternoon.A lot of of the time it was NT for over 250,000 shares. | z1co
18/11/2022 18:24 | I'll go the 1.5 mil is a amati sale. | dave4545
18/11/2022 18:12 | Wololol just like yesterday's delayed buy of 1,000,000 @ 0.60p helped share price to rise today this trade bodes well for Monday. | z1co
18/11/2022 18:08 | No wonder MM's were struggling all afternoon. | z1co
18/11/2022 18:07 | Jinx zico lol | wololol |
