In the meantime before the "kick start" FLX needs cash to pay the bills.

Once financed it may well move north from a much lower base.

A few more days patience is required to make an entry purchase at around 2 pence. Just another 30-40% to fall.

Time to Reload Imo Next Trading Update will really kick start the real rally all the signs are their for me now. It's firing on all cylinders now every month that passes by the company is getting stronger and stronger as the CEO said they are trading profitability now and they will easily beat the 7 Million revenue forecast for Y/E 31march 2019 that's circa 125% growth.

The company does not require any further cash injection The Derampers can bark all they want the company does not need any cash injection in regards to day to day trading they have ample cash reserves. The share is oversold next TU will rocket the share price towards 5p The turnover for the first six months should double that itself is a big massive positive secondly 2 or 3 months out of the six months the company has been trading profitably.

Wow eBomber £250k short ! Explains why you continuously rubbish this stock on a daily basis. Genuine question. You have obviously made a packet out of your short thus far. Why not close and take profits rather than risk being wrong about a placing and loosing your gains ? Presumably, you know as much as I do whether FLX will require extra funding or not. Give you credit, you've got balls!

The only words I want to read from falanx managament are "major contracts signed" "ongoing breakeven" (not just one month in my view) or even better "profit".

Disruptive, game changing and now tranformational hardly the words I associated with a company hiting all time share price lows.

In reference to Solarwinds, FLX said: "This program is a transformational event for our business"

If it is, then its going to be significant revenue.
If it isn't shown to be, then that's it for FLX imo.

We've all heard the 'transformational' comments before with loads of companies. So I reckon that's a 50/50 chance of it being true. Which is better than going down Billy Hills, where if you leave your money in all the time, you will eventually lose it all.

I can understand the frustration and disappointment with the share price.However the recent Agreement with their US partner and the access to their customer base , could generate huge revenue uplift .The DD done by the US company who is now on the road with their IPO , should satisfy some of you .Let us seeThe cash generated by the latest JV should eliminate any fears of any cash raise .

Those waiting for an bumper update like kaka47 may be disappointed, I think it is now too close to to midterms. Time will tell, but silence in these cases is rarely golden:-)
Unfortunately it may be downward cycle. As the share price hits new lows potential customers go elsewhere concerned about signing multi year contracts with a company so short of cash it had to issue shares to raise 100k.

I am surprised that a share issue has not happen yet. It may be they have turned a corner and do not need to issue more shares or perhaps with the company now valued under 8.5 million after having 6.3 million invested from May2017 that no one believes the jam tomorrow story anymore and they simply may be unable to raise any fund in markets. It will be interesting to see if the large holders start dumping.

IMO If update or midterms are full of fluffy talk about near future this and highly advanced that or the next wonder product and are not showing sustained break even backed up with figures,then 2p and under is possible.

Listen Derampers People just looked at the results and concentrated in the rear view mirror and panicked Next trading update will soon change that company is going from strength to strength they don't need any cash as the CEO clearly stated they are profitable from July onwards I've made good money out of Falanx in the past and I'm piling in big big-time

Backing his opinion with hard cash! Suppose someone has to support the price. Trading update provides a lens on future potential revenue but does not pay the immediate bills.

Unfortunately many disagree with kaka47 viewpoint and will buy at closer to 2 pence after the placing announcement. Explain why the share price has fallen so dramatically.
