GW:" I think right now it would be Fairpoint. It's a tiny stock with great upside potential and is in the growth area of rescheduling loans for over-indebted individuals through IVAs or rescheduling repayments. It is really undervalued at the moment, running on a PE of 5x with a 7 per cent yield and lots of positive news coming through. Fairpoint has a really strong balance sheet and has recently bought some of its own stock"

More to come on this yet. They are virtually debt free now and have good facilities to buy books.

The £9m VAT refund hasnt been processed yet - for the 2nd half I reckon they will get a minimum £5m for that.

PPI on 20k of IVA clients - that could be worth £10-£15m + easy over next 18 months.

I reckon there will be a special dividend after full year to return some cash or big buybacks.

Really looking forward to hear how well the PPI part of the business is doing, how much of the £9m VAT reclaim the company gets to keep and what the plans are to do with it.

Debt will be down as per the June Trading Statement though note a dividend payment of over £1.1m was made on 20 June.

Another decent day here, still well under the radar and with a possible rise to £1 and a dividend 7%+ not many shares offering that.

Got to say the debt reduction shows how well they are trading imv even with the subdued core markets.

Cash generation within the business has continued to be strong, resulting in a reduction in Group net borrowings to GBP1.6m at 19 June 2012, compared to GBP6.4m at 31 December 2011.

Been buying into these the story looks compelling. A decent dividend and a growth share with a lowly p/e what more could you want.
