Technical analysis is a very valuable tool, however one needs to have three things to make it work......

Courage (and conviction)
Discipline
Patience

This is dedicated to all the TAers out there struggling to get by.

How about a nice unit trust "Ground Rent Income Fund" nice safe fund for everyone. 10% pa :-)

Ooops, I meant to say it was only half full of fools, the others are okay :-)

There seems to be a contradiction in terms :-

Between what the name "Advanced Financial Network" implies and the truth of the matter, premium BB is full of short term gambling fools.

I'm innocent.

I heard they kicked off most of their decent contributors because they didn't fit in the 'clique' re AJB/Forsaken, Addo and others.....

The signs are there, just look at the clues.

Interesting also that, despite the members knowing/caring nothing about fundamentals, the PBB is inundated by an almost total lack of interest in such investing triumphs as QXL,BSN,GAM,BLM,BHM,...

Try posting a difficult question that requires some intelligence to answer on both boards. Then look at the responses you get.

People on the PBB mostly know what they're talking about. Just as many on the FBB do as well but they get drowned out by the noise from all the rest.

humphbumph,

Here, here, they really do think they are the dog's naggers, I am just not sure why, they seem in the main like a bunch of schoolground thugs to me!

FBB however has some excellent posters, IMHO far more than PBB.

I am a newcomer. My impression of the PB so far is that there is very little of interest to the investor. To the psychologist or sociologist there are postings of passing interest. Mainly I sit there wondering whence they get their overwhelming sense of self-importance. So far I see no sign of any outstanding intelligence or even wit. I'll give it another month.

Ashley. If you had the code key you would see that the above ramblings are infact detailed fundamental analysis of the twenty most exciting prospects currently listed on the LSE.
