31/5/2016 08:41 | If this was UK listed it would be trading closer to £4. I read the latest results, reserves, cash etc before I looked at the market cap of the company. I thought around £600m would be right, I was amazed to see a figure of £114m. This will get taken private soon. | wilk1
26/5/2016 10:17 | In for 10k at 68.95 - an old old favourite of mine. | pippin6
26/5/2016 10:15 | Been buying a few here. I don't do oiler/miners usually, but jumped on board for a quick trade as there are some huge buyers hitting the book, with above average total volume. Someone is very keen having come in for 1.5m via a bid at 70 and it looks like the full order hasn't been filled. Only a quick trade, but staying long if it breaks 70. | sphere25
17/5/2016 09:12 | Time to buy here me thinks in at 68 stop 64 | trader365

14/12/2014 22:10 | 7/11 Financials "During Q3 2014 (the "period"), we sold 1,558,967 barrels within Russia at an average realised price of US$ 42.2 per barrel. There were no export sales during the specified period. We ended Q3 with a cash balance of US$ 98.7 million. We had US$ 77.1 million of debt, so our net cash position as at that date was US$ 21.6 million. US dollars accounted for approximately 25% of our liquid assets, with the remaining 75% held in Russian Rubles. Our current cash balance is US$ 98.8 million. Capital expenditure during the period was approximately US$ 4.3 million (Q3 2013: US$ 16.1 million). Of this total expenditure, US$ 3.5 million was attributable to drilling and US$ 0.8 million to infrastructure." | bulltradept
09/12/2014 20:10 | Can anyone give a brief overview of the relationship worldview have with the company. I'm following their interest with another company recently and I'm trying to establish if they act in the interest of shareholders or whether their interest is more of a selfish nature. I seen with this one they were fight to get the board out at start of 2013 and their men in! They were also accused of depressing the share price and then purchasing more shares. Quick summary would be appreciated | hughconway
09/12/2014 16:56 | Just pulled 1.8% out of it on a nice 14 min smack down, loverly! Still a great company. Buy at under £1.00 if oil falls below $50 a barrel. | bulltradept
20/10/2014 16:18 | Buy msmn! Ready to boom! | newzealander34
15/7/2014 16:24 | Is something going on here again, been an underlying bid for a few weeks now and above average volume today pushing price above the trading range. | matt123d
15/7/2014 15:53 | To be fair Dan I don't know but obviously somebody heard what they wanted to hear at the AGM, up 22p since with some very decent buys. A whole lot more to come hopefully. Another $7.5m of debt paid off last quarter, all grist to the mill. Sould get a reserves update soon, interesting that the new TP acerage @ 4 times the size of our current acerage is only attributed with approx 28mbls. I'd hope to see that significantly upgraded when they get round to drilling it. Then again perhaps we'll never find out. | prefab
07/7/2014 09:29 | This seems to be trending up nicely over the last week or so, anyone know of any specific reason why? | danboris2
02/7/2014 10:10 | I apologise unwize, you are correct. | prefab
30/6/2014 13:11 | run up to 300+ again, anyone? | steve73
30/6/2014 13:00 | prefab don't think it was Sinclair, he holds over 40m shares, 30m voted against | unwize
27/6/2014 12:57 | Unwize yes, they are the only shareholder who could have blocked with that proportion of the vote. | prefab
27/6/2014 08:51 | Prefab how do you know it was sinclare, are you guessing based on the number of shares voted? | unwize
26/6/2014 21:27 | Sinclare voted down resolution 12, perhaps they aren't in bed together after all. | prefab
26/6/2014 13:15 | Inside month and up. Looks interesting again. | matt123d |
