21/3/2014 14:38 | Not sure abcd, but there have been an awful lot of AT sells, it's hit resistance at £1.25 currently, so will be interesting to see where this ends up. Do the Russians ultimately want it de-listed out of London? | bulltradept
21/3/2014 14:31 | They can bid what they like if they wait a few more months. | loglorry1
21/3/2014 14:29 | so whats the upshot of this board shakeout/departures. tia. | abcd1234
21/3/2014 14:19 | davidwilkin - no he can't do that. Research and you can read why. | munkychunky
21/3/2014 13:33 | hmmmm ... this is curious | abcd1234
21/3/2014 13:31 | Why not ?, The major shareholder could now table a bid at £1.80p share and bring his average down massively from £3.77. | davidwilkin
21/3/2014 13:27 | I've not been in this one for a while now - but I have to say - totally sucks how things turned out there.... A really good producing company. GLA longs. | munkychunky
21/3/2014 13:26 | Davidwilkin, how is this going to get a bid with most of the shares are in few hands, paid at much higher prices? | bulltradept
21/3/2014 13:23 | "bulltradept 18 Mar'14 - 07:09 - 4711 of 4727 0 0 edit Is there something a foot? Seeking a listing in Moscow? Are they going to de-list in London in the future?" See, I'm a clairvoyant. | bulltradept
21/3/2014 13:20 | Its what a lot of us were calling for when Woldview made the previous challenge to the boards Integrity. One may see it as good news ? - Certainly the companys assets are worth far more than £1.50 share. This could get bid for quite quickly now ? | davidwilkin
21/3/2014 13:14 | The board have resigned wmunsi20 | prefab

21/3/2014 13:03 | Isn't this behaviour a kind of fraud? It's amazing that these Russian companies can still get listings on the LSE. Russian money seems almost always to be tainted with crime and corruption - yet we turn a blind eye! I suppose money is money LOL | acta_topup
21/3/2014 12:58 | No point in being listed now. | randolph and mortimer
19/3/2014 11:06 | A modest probability? | bulltradept
18/3/2014 16:36 | I'm sure if it wasn't for the fact that two owners of the stock can work in concert and control the stock and the fact it is Russian it would be far far higher. But then again you pays your money! Absolutely, the market is assigning a fairly modest probability of shareholders being defrauded. | nigelpm
18/3/2014 13:54 | The results look great for a £250m market cap company with no debt. 520m bbls 2P of oil with reasonable but not massive netbacks and likely further reserve additions. I'm sure if it wasn't for the fact that two owners of the stock can work in concert and control the stock and the fact it is Russian it would be far far higher. But then again you pays your money! Log | loglorry1
18/3/2014 13:41 | Ps. they are not cash rich but they have just about paid off their $100m loan. Not sure that's quite cash rich yet though! Log | loglorry1
18/3/2014 13:41 | Surely point of Russian listing is to try to stop any asset freezes that might occur if European Union gets more of a hump with the Russians over Ukraine. Sounds far fetched but yesterday we saw just that for 21 Russian and Ukrainian businessmen. I suppose if tradable on Russian exchange then they could always realise value there even if assets were frozen in EU. Log | loglorry1
18/3/2014 07:44 | I doubt it Very positive results though SJ | sailing john |
