13/12/2013 14:16 | ps you can click on it at work if you happen to be gainfully employed right now rather than scratching a living taking punts on Russian oil companies :-) | loglorry1
13/12/2013 14:06 | log, the normal caveats of an ANALyst "may" "could" Wonder if their mates went short before releasing that....... certainly a few people did short yesterday. | pro_s2009
13/12/2013 14:02 | much appreciated | alchemy30
13/12/2013 14:01 | Exillon Energy Plc (EXI LN): Alexander Klyachin Acquires 26.7% of Exillon Energy at £3.63 per share Market Perform: £2.70 Gazprom Bank sold 43.1 mm shares (26.7% of the Company) to Alexander Klyachin at £3.63 per share. Gazprom Bank had acquired today Mikhail Gutseriev stake (24.1 mm shares) at £3.43 per share. Gazprom Bank and Mikhail Gutseriev no longer own shares in Exillon Energy. With this latest reshuffle, we note that two main Oligarchs now hold more than a 50% stake in the company and have effectively control. The bidding war for control of a majority stake may be over and we see risks that minority shareholders could be offered a lower price if the Company were sold. | loglorry1
13/12/2013 14:00 | I've got the full FE bit... let me dig it out. | loglorry1
13/12/2013 13:58 | Just came up on an 'exillon' search, I was hoping someone might have the full First Energy update. | alchemy30
13/12/2013 13:50 | Oi Pro the second comment was me. Nah only joking :-) | loglorry1
13/12/2013 13:42 | VWAP will have little bearing on the outcome of this situation | tonysss13
13/12/2013 13:35 | Back in again on vwap being regained, good risk/reward from these levels now. | matt123d
13/12/2013 13:00 | Seems like a conclusive warning... | smileyschmoo

13/12/2013 12:41 | Twitter - "First Energy say bidding war for control of Exillon may be over and risk of lower prices for minority holders" "Warning of the month exillon deal is off as stated on the RNS two major holders disagree and in Russia if in profit sell" | alchemy30
13/12/2013 12:26 | The Hanberg pull-out + the total lack of transparency about what is happening has caused those holding small amounts at lower pries to lock in profit if they have it. This alone explains the fall. Yes, it could go go to the wall, OR we could wake up to a share price of 363p one morning in the not-too-distant future. Given the asset quality, my money is on the latter. J | jswjsw
13/12/2013 11:53 | I think Seneal are interested in sticking to the takeover code. The clue is when they bought their 29.9% stake off Arip even though Arip had more than 30%. Buying the full 30% would have triggered the requirement to make a full offer under UK Takeover rules which they obviously did not want to do. This is also a reason they are not hoovering up stock at these levels. However, we are dealing with Russians and their poor business reputation is not without merit. I still maintain the most likely outcome is a full bid at c380p. | apatel21
13/12/2013 11:52 | Indeed, I use the word "curious" because institutions usually tend to be masters of the BHASL mentra - Buy high, sell low. | nigelpm
13/12/2013 11:49 | Trade was yesterday so they were probably accumulating during the sell off. Also if you look @ Worldview 8.3's you'll see they accumulated alot of shares around this price before selling. | alchemy30
13/12/2013 11:46 | Schroders buying - Purchase 205,982 £2.18 Curious. They've managed to pick up 200k at these levels. | nigelpm

13/12/2013 11:27 | Why have they not officially declared no interest........... because they likely do have an interest and so cannot officially say "no interest" Because you don't need to officially NOT declare something! | nigelpm |
