They have paid 377p so for the next 12 months they cannot make an offer below 377p.

At 377p they have an absolute bargain, do not forget 520 million barrels 2P, no net debt and pumping 20K barrels a day.

Given Seneal now have nearly 60% under their control - it looks pretty certain that the takeover will happen.

Klyachin sells his stake to Seneal and they have near 60% - plus whatever they picked up today via other sources.

Nothing the board can do really if they have 60% - and indeed, the board said they were in discussions with Seneal.

So the price movement today really looks to me just like a treeshake to get some stock from the nervous.

So yes, looks like Seneal are going for 100%.

Agreed, but at what price?

Aha....... I get it now.

Alexei Hawtin (Khotin) is Seneal - and so Klyachin, if acting on behalf of Hawtin - means that now Seneal "control" nearly 60%.

So yes, looks like Seneal are going for 100%.

Seneal International Agency Ltd, whose beneficiary is the Belarusian businessman Alexei Hawtin buys 29.99% stake Exillon Energy, stated in the disclosure Exillon. The seller made the founder of Kazakh businessman Maksat Arip . It had fallen to 0.18%. Transaction price was 3.77 pounds per share, or in the amount of $ 300 million

The buyer of these packages is the company Sinclare Holdings Limited, controlled by Alexander Klyachin . Source "Interfax" on the market explained that it is a hotel chain owner Azimut Hotels and Inns " Metropol ". Interlocutor of the agency suggested that Klyachin can act in the interests of a businessman Alexei Hawtin .

Khotina Seneal International Agency Ltd., Which owns a 30% stake in the oil company, reported its intention to consolidate 100% of the company........

Wont be gutted if they can purchase the rest of the business for £2.20 for example

There's value here though isn't there. We know at £1.50 it's undervalued, will be interesting to see the final outcome.

How guted would you be buying 43 million shares at £3.63 and next day worth 45% less. £70 million loss in 24 hours. Lets hope they have a buyer.

All you can say is that if they wanted to create some uncertainty to pick up cheap stock - they achieved it.

I'll just merrily be patient and wait to see what unfolds in the coming days and weeks.
