EVRAZ plc (or "the Company") reports that on 25 June 2018 Mr. Nikolay Ivanov, a person discharging managerial responsibility in EVRAZ plc, under the Company's Dividend re-investment Plan 2018, has purchased the 1,864 EVRAZ plc Ordinary Shares. The purchase price per share was GBP5.214368.
