August 12, 2009 - In accordance with DTR3.1.4R, Evraz Group S. A. (LSE: EVR) 
(the "Company") announces that, under the Company's Incentive Plan 2005, the 
following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") exercised 
options at the option exercise price of US$14.50 per GDR, and some of the PDMRs 
subsequently sold the GDRs.
