A unique set of circumstances have brought about this buying window. One thing is certain,it will at some point return to its true value.

Well it won't be war that's for sure. But it's the potential economic sanctions. EU and US have been dragged into this Ukraine business in part due to being 'Guarantors' and UN and Nato standing. Nobody wants to be burdened with the Ukraine debt mountain let alone throw money and death at it too. Just goes to show how easy it is to overthrow a government these days (lessons learned from Tunisia, Libya, Egypt and possibly Syria). Very easy to de-stablize any country really. EVR is 100% punt in my view. Ironically, by international law there is the right to self-determination... so Crimea can actually self-determine regardless of the Ukranian constitution but recognition as a sovereign country is dependent on discretion of acceptance by other countries. Current Ukrainian governing did so undemocratically so the rules have gone out of the window... anything can happen. Economic sanctions against russia... just a thought... could be time to invest in oil and gas lol

I think this one (short term) hinges on this weekend..........I am not topping up yet. I think this price is a steal but dependant on how the news is portrayed this weekend could even go lower. Unbelievable as that sounds. GLA invested (April is not far away).

might hit my target of 50p today, well undervalued, looks like another company potentialy delisting. Ftse has lost its way, valuing companies like twitter and facebook that wont be about in a few years time over solid bread on the table ones

Can see Abramovich buying this out completely on the cheap, with the debt load the banks see him as a rock solid security, can only imagine why this is so low, and lower it may well go!

for me there are 3 issues: Ukraine (political) / China (slowing demand for steel as slower growth) / Rouble (weakness in currency) I think its a combination of the 3 issues but settlement of the problem in Ukraine - by whatever means would signal a possible reversal.

"I have a 90% chance of winning the 1,500 meters" wrote Steve Ovett in an article he did for one of Britain's Sunday papers just before the start of the Olympics. After he won the 800 meter Olympic gold, beating world-record holder Sebastian Coe, Ovett stated that he would not only win the 1,500 meter race, but would beat the world record by as much as four seconds. Ovett had won 45 straight 1,500 meter races since May 1977. In contrast Coe had competed in only 8 1,500 meter races between 1976–1980. Coe won the race, holding off Ovett in the final lap. Ovett finished third.
