Yep agreed. & of course they were large US institutions so they must have done serious homework...so they will no doubt be very unhappy bunnies at the moment!

Looks like a classic Tree Shake to secure cheap stock for a large buyer before MelodyVR's provides some form of market update on numbers of unique users, user engagement, app downloads, transaction activity, release schedule of additional artists, update on geographic rollout, further marketing campaigns etc.
