Come on boys, warrants or the app or both which is it to be this time? Or are we too close to the app launch for you to risk it?

potter - EVR will offer the content through their own app. Not by giving it to online libraries.
I've seen the tech working (it's very immersive and fun), but not the app.

Bit puzzled by the Tech involved now ????
VR Headsets render the content (Audio/Video Sound/Images)
Run-of-the-Mill Web Portals provide the basic libraries of any/all Media

So does EVRH simply record the content at source (e.g. Concerts), manipulate it for an emersive, perhaps 3D, life-like experience and then simply furnish that Product to any online Library ?

What's the App for ? Anybody discovered some sort of specification for that App ?

Can't comment on jak as I removed him a long time ago as too much noise. Also binned those who insist on engaging with him as it creates too much pointless dross.

So you are saying that this will rise on the news the app is launched and so it's a buying opportunity up until then. A window of unknown length but could be soon? Thanks for the tip, appreciate it.

Looks like some new info on the RNS
1/3 of the warrant options are held by the board,
so that's good news, these wont be sold anytime soon

97 million warrants at an average price of 1.32p by my calculation - what a drag.

No - just someone cashing in on their warrant profits.

So Warrant of shares, am I right in thinking the company is trying to raise more money? Is this worrying? The market certainly thinks so.

What jacknife fails to recognise and constantly gives false information with regards to low amount of headsets sold and being used, is he slants it towards units are being purchased and used for music viewing only.

Totally ignoring the actual amount being used in all areas of use throughout all applications.
Even our local university is looking into bulk purchasing of headsets for educational use, now doubt many others will follow.

What really counts is how good the APP is once launched, always keeping in mind that the app can be down loaded to any device and not just head sets.

There are many people like my self who think iTunes and Spotify have had the monopoly for far to long.

So 20m VRs not 7m
x3 (my) forecast of perhaps 10m (over current 2 years to sometime 2019) = 30m Fees
Average Fee of perhaps $15 = $450m per annum !!!
That assumes the Business actually has robust, 24x7 infrastructure & Services in place and access to all the proposed Content via all the declared & additional Partner arrangements.
MCAP is approx £73m but potential Revenue less Costs could be 30% of potential Fees, e.g. $150m or £117m... but only following major investment in all Operational setup costs too.
So maybe the current valuation is fairly spot on considering what the Business doesn't yet have in place, what it can't earn and the Customers it simply doesn't have.
A few more +ve announcements about actual Operational developments might give it a 50% leg-up to the £117m mark ?????

its good to have a 2 way debate.
JakNife can keep trying different angles to knock the company and we can keep correcting him on his more and more desperate attempts.
