Must be very naive, your interpretation of the Ph2 results.

Open label study design with 46 breast cancer patients (meaning no patients received placebo or comparator) and 24% of patients showing some benefit at 6 months.

Ever wondered why no big Pharma company has bought up Evgen, since the Ph2 results were disclosed in 2019?

Err first of all Evgen did succeed in the breast cancer trial. Talk about re-writing history.

Secondly the breakdown of Stalicla milestone payments beyond IND hasn't been published, but of course the payments will increase as they go through each stage, that's how licensing agreements work.

My two cents about Evgen - I still think the share price has the potential to fall further.

Firstly, Evgen have never succeeded in a clinical trial eg breast cancer, subarachnoid haemorrhage, COVID, etc. There is some evidence that NRF-2 activators (such as sulphoraphane) are beneficial in preventing cancer eg breast cancer but there is no clinical evidence supporting the fact that it can be used to treat cancer eg neuroblastoma or breast cancer.

In neurological conditions, the chance of success may be slightly higher. However, the deal they have made recently is very ‘back ended’ ie the milestone payments are extremely small for the earlier milestones. This means that Evgen will only see the money if there is a successful Ph3 study in autism, and approval for this drug in this indication. What are the changes of success in autism - 10-15%?

For me to invest in Evgen, I would need to see board members investing in their own shares (rather than getting free share options) and I would need to see a much better Clinical Development team - who knows how to get drugs approved.

EVG closed down 1.15 percent on Thursday, February 9, 2023, on 18 percent of normal volume. Note that the stock is in oversold territory based on its Slow Stochastic indicator (14, 3, 3) -- sideways movement or a bounce should not be unexpected.

Looking at the candlesticks we had a doji yesterday and a hammer today. All pointing to a trend reversal especially when factoring in the oversold scenario. Expecting an uplift in coming days.

Bored PI punters still dribbling out. It would be nice if one or more of our large II/HNW holders took up a bit of the slack at half the price they paid in 2021. Unlike the directors they should be able to buy at any time.

Thank you for reminding everyone of the benefits of Sulforaphane, in fact there is an interesting article that was written in February 2019 that some investors may not be aware of why you mentioned broccoli.

At some point in time Juvenescence Ltd will start paying Royalties or more likely make an attractive offer for the company, it is surprising that they have not already purchased a notifiable stake, as the share price is so lowly priced in view of the deals that have already been struck but as you say a bit more good news and it will fly because a lot of holders like mark and others already hold decent sized stakes, and will not be selling them on the cheap.

It's only approximately £22500 so hardly worth get excited about. What is exciting is that the largest shareholders own 50% of the shares. That leaves around £3 million pounds worth of shares in private investors hards and with Market makers, any potential good news would therefore see these sky rocket. This together with broccoli being associated with all sorts of medical benefits has led me to dip my toe back in.

Not a clue mesquida - but I cannot see the MM taking 500k when the sales on Friday over that level hade been very limited but if I recall correctly, the share price ticked up on Friday afternoon, so my guess It was a buy.

Have a good weekend all - if I was not over loaded with them already and up to my neck in this stock, I would add as you have done mark/mick as I cannot credit it being so low and not even have formed a 5p platform.

Anyway just have to relax and watch you folks but I want big rewards on this as the deals are so huge the rewards are likely to be also.

And that's on known knowns, Stalicla deal came from nowhere as could others or offers.. they will be in the shop window in my opinion with all the cash runway and possibilities ahead of them. Happy holder still
