Evgen's website notes an ongoing collaboration with a prominent European university in which highly positive data for SFX-01 was generated in preclinical models of glioma.FDA orphan drug designation is primarily a function of the disease not the drug - drugs that target diseases with fewer than 200,000 US patients will be granted orphan designation, and in some cases drugs targeting more than 200,000 patients can be granted the designation when the FDA judges that costs could not otherwise be recovered.

Even without the inside buying (which remains a bone of contention!), this feels like it is about to make a move back towards the 8p placing price fairly soon, IMO. I can potentially see it drifting up to 10p even, but I think we would need some news to push past that level at this stage.
Now watch the share price plunge to all time lows first thing tomorrow, having made a positive, short term prediction :)

The second 6.4 was a deletion. So it looks like the ~6m trade at 6.4 was deleted and then reinstated at 6.5.
End result, one ~6m trade at 6.5p.

6M buy at 6.4p just shown from yesterday morning (offer was 6p at the time). More than Kight's TR-1 addition so lends weight to the idea we have more than one big accumulator here.

Yes, but the million reported late tonight will surely not have been included in Kight's ( earlier ) disclosure. So he is going on. Or, and this could be more interesting, we have another substantial buyer here that can see the value that Kingalf clealy cannot. Could be an exciting day tomorrow.

As expected, confirmation has come through that Kight is now the biggest holder having purchased 4 million shares.

I do not see Octopus or the other main holders accepting a single figure offer, should one be forthcoming (which I do not see happening anyway, certainly at this stage).
I must admit to being pretty intrigued with our new holder though!
Good on him continuing to load up. I hope he gets sizable returns here :)

1M delayed buy just reported at above the highest price of the day.
Don't know if it is only Kight buying in big over the last few days or whether other parties have joined in as well, but if so he might be in for more yet looking at the buy orders in the closing auction (at least 650k bidding at 6.4-6.5).
Kight and whoever else may be buying is doing so ferociously as if time is running out. Wonder why?
Exciting times for shareholders, not so much for elves and gnomes I would imagine.
