European Metals Holdings Limited ( ASX & AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY, ERPNF and EMHLF ) (" European Metals " or the " Company ") confirms that Lincoln Bloomfield Jr., non-executive director, purchased 52,350 Ordinary Shares traded as Chess Depositary Interests ("CDIs") on the ASX in the Company. Mr Bloomfield is now interested in 302,350 CDIs in the capital of the Company, representing 0.16% of the Company's issued share capital.
