EUROPEAN METALS HOLDINGS LIMITED
European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX & AIM: EMH, NASDAQ: ERPNF) ("European Metals" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr David Koch to the position of Company Secretary, effective immediately. Mr Koch is a Chartered Secretary and CPA with 30+ years' experience working in the precious metals and mining services industries. He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, and also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of European Metals.
Mr Koch replaces Mr Dennis Wilkins who has been the Company Secretary of European Metals since November 2020. The Company would like to thank both Dennis and his team at DWCorporate for the professional service and advice provided to the Board and management during this term of office and welcome the opportunity for future engagement.
