in to the last half hour, for a time the spread opened to 38.5 v 41
there were about 5 trades in that period, non massive.

i make it mostly buys from 12.21 to 16.15 at prices 40p and above. just 3 sells at 39.5 or 39.515.

unless something not yet reported, false finish.

after all the hither and thither and churn we ended up at the asx price, pretty much. need asx to pick up the baton and go on a run tonight...

tomorrow, next week, week after... 40p will be overcome.

Had a look at lunch time and thought EMH was proving my post this am wrong, get home this evening and unfortunately not. 40p proving a tough barrier to break I am not much of a chartist but the way I read it if we can break 40p not much resistance until 48p if we cant weak resistance at 35 p then very strong resistance at 30p.
Interested in more knowledgeable chartist then me views. (Not British bulls)

9th-11th holes should complete over coming 7 days,
waiting results on 4th-8th holes' cores since 6 oct,
any news you like from left field.

time enough I suggest, to start 12th-14th holes before any potential winter break...

Down 6.7% in Aus overnight doesnt look like the breakout from this trading range is going to happen this time.

ASX is going to end close to 70c/ 42p

indeed!

significant jump in share price on asx, hit high 70c from 60.

there was a clue from previous day's trading. I was watching the asx 'close of day'... the bid went to 65c, before the preopen here went to 39p! [around the time of post 1255].
