might be behind paywall but here is first part

From todays FT

China’s electric cars are chasing Volkswagen

The broadening of the criminal inquiry in Germany into the Volkswagen diesel emissions scandal to include Hans Dieter Pötsch, chairman of its supervisory board, shows how badly VW lost its way.

The scandal is still shaking the company: its use of software on up to 11m cars to help them pass emissions tests has carried a heavy price, making VW set aside €18.2bn. It has also disillusioned the industry, ending Europe’s hope of “clean diesel” becoming an enduring alternative to petrol.

The lasting significance of the VW scandal will be to bring forward a shift in engine technology and alter the balance of power among the world’s biggest vehicle markets: the US, Europe and Asia. The lesson for carmakers is: go electric and go to China.

Fuel-efficient diesel, with exhaust filters to limit emissions of nitrogen oxide particles, was supposed both to curb greenhouse gases and limit pollution. In practice, Europe tried to ignore an inconvenient truth about the latter: the UK government was last week instructed by a court to cut diesel fumes in cities faster than it had planned.

summary of 1352.

-moving north along the flank of the main shaft the lithium is getting shallower.
-four potentially highest grade holes out west await to be reported.
-i don't think we will wait a month for next drill update

reasons to be cheerful.

thanks Frankie!

'The shallow lithium intercepts that extend significantly beyond historical workings, combined with the substantive tin and tungsten grades auger well for the economics of the deposit in this area. We are very pleased to see the tin price back above USD 21,000/t. This enhances the economics of Cinovec significantly and provides us with great flexibility with regards to the development of the project. Cinovec is not only the largest lithium resource in Europe, it also contains one of the largest undeveloped tin resources in the world.'

somebody needs to make a move for us soon...

all the german automotive 'big boys' want to release *new multiple ev models around 2019/2020.
-i would therefore strongly suggest battery supply/production issues have to be resolved around mid-2018, circa 1.5yrs before.
-i would therefore strongly suggest lithium supply issues have to be resolved very soon, circa 6 months.

no body wants a many times-scaled up-galaxy note 7 debacle on their hands! [least of all vw/dieselgate]

*by new, i mean built from the battery module up, as opposed to e-versions of current models, eg golf.

I was referring specifically to the IP issue, or non issue, but now I understand your caution a bit better.

From today's FT.

"Toyota’s electric pledge.

Japanese carmaker, Toyota, is to begin mass producing electric vehicles by 2020. It aims to develop vehicles that can run more than 300km on a single charge. The new plans mark a switch for Toyota, which believed that the high cost of batteries and limited driving range would prevent electric vehicles from going mainstream. (NAR)"

Ive always said it , That's the only way you are ever going to get any reward from either REM or EMH I really don't think either of them will ever mine anything they don't have the ££ simple as that .
I am gambling on lithium because its the next industry that should generate good returns however after many years and sitting on only a 40k loss in lithium I am hoping that I may get a part of it back from EMH I have however reduced my holding significantly due to being burned by REM.
I have no agenda I am long with a stop loss in play.

I think most of us are hoping for a buyout I certainly don't want to do an REM and grow old waiting the problem we have now with this threat of litigation is uncertainty the only thing certain is no buyer will come in with legal threats hanging , I'm well up on these all the same its bloody annoying and wont do any good to the share price
