06/2/2019 15:34 | I am sure there is a lot of activity going on in the background ... | hedgebetter
06/2/2019 12:02 | Lets hope that LR is currently in talks wiv the likes of CAML, Boliden or Lundin, or someone of that Ilk, as they sure are going to struggle to raise funds in the market at present. Even Stockbrokers are finding it very difficult to keep going at the moment,(eg WH Irelan's results today), such is the malaise caused by Brexit. You can tell that UK & EU Politicians REALLY don't have a clue about the REAL World and people's jobs - just their own and their own Darling Career Prospects. Shameless hussies the lot of em !! Rant over! IMHO. DYOR. | andrea152
01/2/2019 10:28 | That's less than £200k, so it won't even last them 2 months at current cashburn..... IMHO. DYOR. GLA. | andrea152
31/1/2019 13:08 | Well, EUZ CASH now down to AUS$ 362K at the end of Dec 2018 according to todays cashflow report, and we are now 1 month further down th road from that point today. In other words they have practically run out of cash and need to raise some more pretty soon, otherwise the size of the Asset @ Toral will be totally irrelevant......! IMHO. DYOR. GLA. | andrea152
31/1/2019 09:28 | It is in Appendix 5b:- | charlock
31/1/2019 08:53 | I couldn't see the cashflow aspect in the RNS the title mentioned? | 123js
31/1/2019 08:12 | Not the best RNS! ATB, GD | greatfull dead
29/1/2019 08:06 | It’s not the metal in the ground that an assessment would be made on. We are not going to take every piece of tonnage - it’s not open pit. The high grade approach first is a good one and has a significant NPV - prob $200m +/- 25%, and that excludes the step out drilling, further drilling potential across the license and potential at depth. Money can be raised easily for the right asset. My preference is a partial sale of the asset - being 100% owned gives us options. Unfortunately $20m is nothing for a potential acquirer merely representing option money and the shareholder base has too many pi’s who would give it away for that price. I’d prefer us to get to mine - the FCF alone is far in excess of $20m p.a! | hedgebetter
28/1/2019 20:36 | Ok, the company has looked after it's Aussie shareholders and created a plan for an orderly departure. The plan has the working title "Walking the plank" so I'm told. Thoughtfully they have just installed a safety net up until (but not past) the end of the plank. we can't forget OH&S responsibilities now, can we. Just a short walk to ponder on now ockers. Good fortune all holders and ex holders :-) | goodwill4
28/1/2019 13:06 | And so and so! GLA, GD | greatfull dead

25/1/2019 15:43 | L R on the Vox market podcast today talking to Justin. Short interview starts at 13 minutes 45 seconds... | the manini
25/1/2019 13:17 | Said this in post 832.... now just the sling shot.... | frankie83
25/1/2019 11:51 | Andrea, Look at the deal PAT did, they're nowhere near as far on as EUZ. Can you imagine the results that Boliden could pull out of the 40,000m diamond core warehouse, let alone an infill drill campaign. I'm sure most would even throw in the towel at the moment at £20-30m offer for the $3bn contained metal at Toral. Regards, Ed. | edgein
25/1/2019 11:09 | One other thing, which occurred to me whilst I was playing wiv my duck in the bath last nite - There is NO way that EUZ are going to be able to raise money in the money markets right now, or from existing investors, since they are simply terrible, ahead of the Brexit fiasco. CB has no money left, with all of his other projects needing injections. So, how will they raise more money ?? Possible Ans: By talking to JV or "Major Investment Partners", with a view to giving them equity in exchange for funding. We are too far away from Mine Construction for Royalty streams to be of any use, so I should imagine these are the kind of talks that LR and MC are engaging in at the moment ? Any thoughts on this , anyone else ? IMHO. DYOR. GLA. | andrea152
25/1/2019 10:39 | Very good news, I shud think. Well done LR & MC. As Black says , if they can ditch the Aussie Registration and Open an office in either Spain or the UK, that wud b Very good news and will save a ton of money, and stop all the pointless frigging about of Directors between the UK and Aus for AGm's , EGM's etc and they only need to employ ONE set of Accountants, Auditors, Registrar, Lawyers, Bankers and Brokers/ Nomad. All in All , a very good result. It's a pity JT cudnt pull his finger out and do the same thing 2 yrs ago , like I told him to do ! Don't know why they are continuing with JSE or S Africa AT ALL. They don't need it, the projects are in Europe and there are no meaningful investors there anyway. All they need to do now is to raise some more money to survive, or do a JV with Boliden, Lundin or CAML !! THEN - we wud b off to the races !! LOL. IMHO. DYOR. GLA. | andrea152
25/1/2019 09:38 | I dont see any mention of the aus registration ? presumably the company head office will move from aus to the UK ? I cant see much point in a Aus registered company that doesnt trade on the local exchange. | blackss
25/1/2019 08:47 | Goodwill, Yes the company will have the full SS including the economics which were removed from the SS by the ASX. So they'll be able to show the interested European zinc producers who were talking to them the NPV and the IRR of Toral. From the interview that followed the SS they suggested 500k pa mine with zinc eqv of 10%+ grades that's 5Mt over the 10 year LoM. So about 1/3 of Toral's current 16Mt. Development of the high grade material would allow further expo on the deeper areas to find that elusive high grade core that formed Toral. The SS would have shown many mulitples of our then market cap, but now that the ASX will be removed then there'll be no stopping the release of the full SS just like other AIM companies could have done. It was an obvious move to ditch the ASX, costs money, no advantage to the listing and has simply hampered the company. I still can't wait to see the NPV and IRR of toral when they get to release it after ASX de-list. Regards, Ed. | edgein
25/1/2019 07:49 | Morning... Well now that it is settled, maybe I can look into this old "friend" of mine again. I was always afraid EUZ will delist from the JSE. Moving it to the Altx is good enough for me. | mikebolle1
25/1/2019 07:49 | Excellent news! No longer hampered by the ASX that requires news any time a director sneezes and puts EUZ on equal footing to the rest of the small cap AIM miners. We can now see the SS in full! ASX was costing us for no added benefit, the move to the AltX on the JSE is a good one too, only 6% traded there too, so lower costs on the AltX. Good to see management making very shrewd moves to conserve cash. Regards, Ed. | edgein
25/1/2019 05:30 | A few weeks is not old. I guess many will 'bend' the rules to suit themselves. I believe in honesty and integrity, not dishonest spin to twist the truth. Let's just leave it at that. | goodwill4
25/1/2019 04:32 | Exactly so you cant hold or judge him to some old podcast. | blackss |
