11/12/2018 08:14 | Hopefully the DD results will come back with some sling shot figures and we can place at .01...... more like .006 tho. | frankie83
11/12/2018 07:25 | What price does everyone think LR will do the placing at? The prezzo at turner pope was obv to get a load of peeps into the next placing | simoore89
11/12/2018 02:07 | Is it not the case that the current infill drilling will (when completed and assayed) allow the company to put numbers to this Scoping Study? Those selling in haste may and I stress 'may' come to regret bailing because of today's announcement. First batch of infill drilling is finished mid December according to today's announcement, I don't know how long it will take to convert 60% from inferred to indicated category but I'd imagine by say between 3-6 months into 2019 we'll have financials to put to this SS. | the manini
11/12/2018 01:14 | andrea15229 Nov '18 - 10:47 - 670 of 728 The point of the Meetings, which are sadly all in the All-Hallowed City of London, is to improve the "PR" of the Company - something that Black has been bleating on about for the last 3 years, like a lost lamb...... But none of the above alters the fact that there is still at least 19mt tonnes of Zinc/Lead in the ground and that hasn't gone away or reduced in size. ---------------- Yes it has reduced in size...."bleating" like a guy that knew what was coming i think you will find.. | blackss
10/12/2018 23:47 | I'm still kicking myself at the sling shot comment.... did today really happen? | frankie83
10/12/2018 22:13 | Did anyone go to the investor event that turner pope held this evening ?? | simoore89
10/12/2018 17:22 | Tell you what is the worst. They must have run short of funds now.To place at this price you know LR will go into hiding.Think LR confidence has gone.Best example I can give is BZT.Anyone one of LRs.HE best get his best suit on along with a satchel, then go knocking door to door.He has not got a choice. | 1redknight
10/12/2018 17:15 | Blackss there is no recovery from that. You were telling everyone like I was, this was suicide.Have you seen LR today on that proactive investor. He is bricking it.They can blame it on the flu but you can tell he`s bricking it. The bbs should not have backed him.Look at them now all gone quiet. | colinbird1
10/12/2018 16:27 | This is the key point from above "3) The delay from September was nothing to do with polishing the scope up and putting additional results in." where do we go from here if we cant trust what we are told. | blackss
10/12/2018 15:54 | Thats right nothings changed really apart from 1) People realised LR was yanking everyones chain 2) The BBs should`nt have put all that faith in LR 3) The delay from September was nothing to do with polishing the scope up and putting additional results in. 4) From September this was tumbling and this has tumbled further because LR has been shadowing CB and produced half his homework like a schoolboy. 5) Probably the worst no figures apart from reversing from 19mt to 16. 6) Podcasts emails and getting it all wrong did not help EUZ. Still have faith in him? After getting your pants pulled down? That is really something to admire. The unconditional love. | colinbird1
10/12/2018 14:18 | Smart. Fundamentals have hardly changed since this was 16 hold | ducati2345
10/12/2018 14:11 | Scoping study confirms viability of the project which is as Andrea says the obvious positive from today. However, not including figures after promising that the economics would be demonstrated is poor management. Surely the ASX rule must have been known by either someone in management or one of their advisers?!Also the inclusion of an area that was not part of the tenement is a bad error that should not have been made and certainly should have been picked up before now. They do envisage that this area can be reclaimed when they apply for the mining licence but how reliable is this belief given today's issues. The company will need financing but that is obvious. In 2019 things need to change. I had faith in LR but today has knocked that faith. Next year I want transparency, an end to over-promising and under-delivering and an end to basic mistakes or I'm out. | the manini
10/12/2018 11:33 | I don't doubt what you are saying is true, however it's only the opinion of one person who I've never met. If we were to believe that outlook then I would immediately remove all investments into cash. On the contrary, I've actually increased my holding by 33% today. Stupid or smart,we'll find out soon enough. | billyboychrisd
10/12/2018 10:34 | Having said all of the above, you DO have to buy when there is "Blood on the Streets" as Lord Rothschild once observed and there certainly is plenty of that around at present - especially in Paris ! (Again) IMHO. DYOR. GLA. | andrea152
10/12/2018 10:21 | I agree, they haven't timed it well. Bit of a Skoolboy error really. Biggest problem is the Global Macro Picture at present though, which is truly terrible. I was talking to a respected & good Fund Manager in London last week who said that he thought that Major Global Banks would fail next year, due to the excessive debt in the global economy and the expiry of massive options positions in Feb 2019. He said it could make the 2008 Financial Crisis look like "a walk in the Park.". Put the unholy mess of Brexit on top of that and you have the "Perfect Storm". Who is going to lend a small AIM -Listed Mining Company the money to build a Mine , in that scenario ? Ans: No-one. IMHO. DYOR. GLA. | andrea152
10/12/2018 10:09 | That's the problem Andrea, laurence had explicitly stated that it would be something beyond 'the normal thing' and had stated his objective to outline the viable economics of the project with this ss. Failed to deliver on both. I understand there is some restriction on posting the economics on asx due to some rule... but I would hope, at least, that an overview can be given at the presentation tomorrow, and that could be made public. However, with my current impression of the management here. I won't hold my breath. I hope I'm proven wrong. | chessmaster10
10/12/2018 09:59 | SS reads OK actually. I don't know wot people were expecting from a SS, but this looks like the normal thing to me. Reduction in size of Resource by 3m tons a bit disappointing and also no NPV, which I was looking for , but otherwise all OK. I guess its just the usual sell on the news from Punters with geared positions who are foolish enough to listen to Social Media. Trouble is, it's all a long way in the future and a FFS will require more money, which they currently don't have, so a Placing is inevitable. I will go along to Turner Pope tomorrow with my box of rotten tomatoes and ask LR how he's going to avoid being put in the Stocks ! Looks like the resource at Toral is a viable mine anyway - which, at the end of the day, is wot the SS was designed to find out. I shall top -up if they hit 0.05p. IMHO. DYOR. GLA. | andrea152
10/12/2018 09:13 | I can see this recovering today.... | frankie83
10/12/2018 09:08 | I agree chessmaster - uninvestable for me now - I expect he'll get a right grilling and lambasting at the shindig later on! | 2prsimo
10/12/2018 09:06 | Very dissapointed. We were led to believe that this would be 'no ordinary ss', that would detail the viable economics of the project. Instead, it's less resource due to incompetence (as far as I can tell) and a whole load of words which put very little meat on the bones. I have severe doubts now about laurence's honesty and leadership. I'm hoping for a recovery in the short to medium term, then I'm out. | chessmaster10
10/12/2018 08:29 | Hopefully figures will be discussed today in the meetings..... | frankie83
10/12/2018 08:23 | I will buy back down there. | blackss
10/12/2018 08:14 | Well the market doesn't like it that's for sure - I hope management don't place down here - they must be running low on cash now and would have been hoping for a higher share price from which to raise - that doesn't look like happening now - could see the 0.06's again to be honest. | 2prsimo |
