14/7/2005 11:59 | 1p Ed - 2 trades at c. 1 mill each | chiansaw
14/7/2005 11:59 | IF , the big IF again, EVO get lost we could, a big could, see some movement up I hope. EVO on offer - lest say 6 -8 mill left from Hermes in hand Next Offer layer KLWT - apparently holding less than 1% JEFF - not a player to date WINS - the worry out of the 3 - but on bid at presnet. Anyway - 2 minute silence for me now. Puts life into perspective. | chiansaw
14/7/2005 11:58 | what's your price limit chiansaw ? | ed winchester
14/7/2005 11:56 | Lock and load - 2 mill order stuck in. | chiansaw
14/7/2005 11:41 | Can't see how KLWT dod not accrue substantial amounts of shares by being on the bid for ages and now apparently have less than 1% unless as Pippin I think suggests they were still dealing on the offer whilst being on bid via 'l2' as it were. That or the stock has now been shifted to XYZ purchaser - in which case why hasn't the 3% RNS been triggered. All rather confusing. If KLWT are now out of the picture re stock retention/overhang call it waht you want, then its now just EVO on offer with 14 mill less what theyve sold over last week to my mind. That said if WINS have been accrueing as the RNS suggest - since KLWT haven't been, then they may be the next source of overhang if they go to offer. This is how the market works anyway - so who cares!! ComD Offer to 2.5 mill at 1p Bid to 500k at 0.9 | chiansaw
14/7/2005 11:39 | I would have thought DrKW are pretty careful with their conflicts declarations so it is unlikely to be a mistake. But trades declared for last 17 days appear flat: Date -- Bought -- Sold 21-Jun -- 1,990,000 -- 10,434,384 22-Jun -- 6,932,740 -- 3,739,612 23-Jun -- 267,336 -- 2,416,408 24-Jun -- 2,458,573 -- 2,609,339 27-Jun -- 1,264,414 -- 505,646 28-Jun -- 618,533 -- 0 29-Jun -- 115,513 -- 0 30-Jun -- 509,831 -- 0 01-Jul -- 1,258,754 -- 0 04-Jul -- 1,397,911 -- 1,500,000 05-Jul -- 4,657,298 -- 835,425 06-Jul -- 1,244,226 -- 919,179 07-Jul -- 1,299,448 -- 0 08-Jul -- 1,503,261 -- 1,539,314 11-Jul -- 0 -- 260,486 12-Jul -- 25,000 -- 1,000 13-Jul -- 130,000 -- 101,630 TOTAL: -- 25,672,838 -- 24,862,423 | momentos
14/7/2005 11:04 | OVERHANG that is one word i would like to see finished as far as this share is concerned. momentos i hope you are right | greenwellsglory
14/7/2005 10:45 | interesting momentos. and yes i think the overhang is now over... i think its now a matter of clearing stock that market makers have booked all the way down. | ed winchester
14/7/2005 10:17 | Whoops telecon made that post get delayed. | knowing
14/7/2005 10:03 | No comment on the fact KLWT no longer state "DrKW or an affiliate has a beneficial interest in 1% or more of the equity of Eurodis Electron"? They are still doing so for other companies... Suggests no overhang beyond the small Hermes amount, probably gone now. As I suggested before perhaps KLWT had to unwind their position due to their investment banker role for Eurodis & potential conflicts during sale / merger. | momentos
14/7/2005 09:49 | ADNATROB good luck with your trade........i'll go with the who dares wins. offer ticked up slightly now .98p to buy and quite a few buys going through now..... | edward3
14/7/2005 09:27 | Guess what guys, KLEINWORT DONT HOLD MORE THAN 1% !!!!! DrKW or an affiliate is broker to Eurodis Electron in the UK. DrKW or an affiliate is financial advisor to Eurodis Electron in the UK. DrKW or an affiliate makes a market in Eurodis Electron. DrKW or an affiliate expects to receive or intends to seek compensation from Eurodis Electron for investment banking services in the next three months. DrKW or an affiliate regularly holds trading positions in the securities of Eurodis Electron. DrKW or an affiliate has received compensation from Eurodis Electron for non-investment banking securities services in the past 12 months. DrKW or an affiliate has received compensation from Eurodis Electron for investment banking services in the past 12 months. Those knowing the history of this conflicts statement will spot the missing line. Unless there is an error of course. | momentos
14/7/2005 09:12 | Morning all, Bottled out on the mill, but took a cheeky 250k at the open. Should temporarily satisfy my greed. He who dares wins or perhaps a fool with his money is often parted. Time will tell. | adnatrob

13/7/2005 21:45 | One thing that was not taken into account is the turnaround in demand in the sector anticipated in H2. | knowing
13/7/2005 21:37 | ATRABNOB..... took a little GULP as I read your post. But I think it's a fair summation. Money in - or get out. I like the "merger" outcome, flagged originally in the official statement. Why? It suggests that the new beast emerging will be a fit beast fit the market it's in. Both sides will bring strength to replace invdividual weakness. The big downer, I think, is that they do not sign up to a deal. On balance, I think they have already done a deal and it will be announced next week. A new, stronger, entity will emerge and the lucre for us will be in a steadily increasing share price as the market digests pontential of the synergies that will have been achieved. Of course, this scenario may not happen. But, you pays your money etc .. etc. I shall have a final top up tomorrow, as it's quiet and people are undecided. In the money... out of the money.... who knows. Regards all. | dyfiman |
