i like the several references recently to multiple wash plants, and i'm hoping that we get the upgrade from authorities and multiple wash plants within days...

ok...the likelihood of multiple wash plants this year are slim, we'll probably just have one for the first few weeks, then another added in June, but who can say for sure.

the original plan going back to 2007 news releases was always for 4 wash plants and i think we will get them, and i think the company want them too, but obviously there are limitations to what we can actually have with the resources available.

...but i can dream...

NEWS OUT RE CADENCE MINERALS INVESTMENT IN MACARTHUR

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Macarthur Minerals Limited (MMS.V) (MMSDF) (the “Company”; or “MacarthurR21;) is pleased to announce, that further to the announcement of March 19, 2019, that a subsidiary of Glencore plc (“GlencoreR21;) has agreed to participate in the US$6 million secured Convertible Note (“Note”) on a private placement basis for US$2 million.

Glencore’s participation in this financing, strengthens the life-of-mine long-term strategic relationship between the parties in line with the previously announced binding Off-Take Agreement (“Agreement221;) with Glencore for sale of iron ore to be produced from the Lake Giles Iron Project (“Project̶1;) in the Yilgarn Region of Western Australia.

The proceeds from the Note will be targeted towards the completion of a 2019 compliant Bankable Feasibility Study (“BFS”) on Macarthur’s Moonshine Magnetite iron ore deposits in Western Australia.

Cameron McCall, Executive Chairman of Macarthur Minerals commented;

“Macarthur is delighted to have Glencore’s participation in the private placement. We believe the agreed terms are attractive to both parties and provide Macarthur with funding certainty with minimum dilution to Macarthur’s shareholders. watching horizonte very closely too, fabulous assets but no idea how they will raise the money to develop, and they have zero income, so i'm resisting buying for now even tho the current share price is half the placing price from last year.
