Yep, the inevitable just happened.
On one level, the board have done the right thing - getting a placing away whilst the share price is so ridiculously high. I think it should be as clear as day to all, even the most blinkered, that there is no sale process here - if that was ever real, it's over now.
It's worth taking a look at the latest Heraeus report on palladium, which came out about a week ago. If you're asking the right questions, there is a lot of bad news for a company like EUA in it.
Given there is now a bit more cash in EUA now, I suppose I should raise my valuation of it. Let's say 2.5p per share now, not 2p. (If EUA place more, even at a discount, the valuation will go up again. It's a crazy upside down world when a share gets so overvalued as this one).

Topped up last week selling a few others. Wish i had spare cash. Bargain at this price. By end of week should be over 30s again esp with more news to follow. No chance of any more placing too now this out of way

They would have had to disclose if any warrants have been exercised. Or are you accusing the Board and Nomad of lying about this ?Better to focus on the increased resources coming along as I have been saying for a while now. All falling into place with funds secured to buy the licences

It is based on the drilling done by many companies including NN themselves. Stop wasting our time on this. This thesis you keep going on about came along well after the drilling was actually done and logged. Looks like these licences are costing more money to acquire as well, going to be some significant figures involved when the JORC is complete, by wardell. Today pretty much confirms this

There are several people and companies involved in this disgraceful fleecing of PIs who *should*, were there any actual proper regulation on AIM, be going to jail, but they will be allowed to carry on collecting fees as if nothing happened. Such is life on AIM.
