As soon as insiders dump (and actually notify/are found out) the whole thing is totally over. Why would they do that when they can simply run this ramp -> forward sell placing -> raise money trick over and over. Clueless punters might cotton on after the 5th time or so, but til then it's all "zero discount!" "big boys piling in!" "Shorts will burn!" etc. Money for old rope.

TMS - EUA have strong advisors behind them both legal, financial and technical. II's will also have their own excellent advisors in place as well and will have gone to extremes to protect their investment in EUA....they have to do in today's investment climate. So today's RNS for me exhibits the confidence in EUA by those II's.

Besides your own decision making TMS, what extreme and EXTERNAL advice did you take re your own positions?

1)Ihe placiing shares have been dumped into the megaramp volume

2)If EUA were really about to sell for billions, this placing makes no sense at all and there's no way round it.

Well, sums up this is the way to make money. Forward sell your shares at a premium and buy the same shares a week later 25% cheaper.
In the bigger scheme of things not a bad move.
