Has anyone seen any RNS posting after 4:00 pm and before 4:30 close. In my experience seen at 7:00 AM around 10:00, 12:00 , 1:30 or after 4:30 pmReason I am asking is some one suspect as this 4:02 RNS is fake and was dated yesterday's date 26/1 as date dealing undertaken.Some one also said that LSE website was hacked recently.

I agree that some of the explanation could be described as absurd. However, it is most likely the order to sell was worked over several days whilst we homed in on 29p and stayed there for long enough to fill the order. The rest of the drop is easily explained by PI panic on release of the RNS. I also have been around in this lark long enough to smell something more tangy! If there is no deal RNS there will be some turbulence ahead for sure.

Can you get a speeding ticket for going in reverse ? I'm glad I missed watching the drop, but I am content and happy to still be holding. You can't say this is boring now. Keep on holding fast until the end game.

The below explains what happened today very well.

Alexei Churakov, owns a company called Venus Garden Holdings. In 2017 he purchased via VGH 27m worth of shares for a 7% stake in Eurasia's subsidiary ZAO Kosvinsky Kamen, which owns the West Kytlim project.
Alexei is very well connected to Senior members at Lesego Platinum Mining Company, including the now new CEO James with whom he has worked with in the past.

Alexei has sold his 7% stake in ZAO, as a buyer of Eurasia understand that they do not want someone else with a share, which explains why Alexei has not sold his other 10m shares as these are directly tied to Eurasia Mining itself and not a subsidiary.

To understand what has happened today is Alexei has been selling these shares in the background for sometime. The Market Makers have held the price at roughly 30p to accommodate, so the 27m shares that have been sold have already been factored in. Once the RNS has been released, people have panicked, and the share price on its way down has hit stop losses and continued the free fall.

Its a shame the trading day ran out of time, or you would have seen the share price continue to rise as the panic stopped and investors piled back in.

In my honest opinion, dont panic, you don't have long left to wait, the BOD know exactly what they are doing. Its called getting all your eggs into the basket before the big one drops.
