I doubt this is orchestrated because he wouldn't be able to sell if he knew something. That would be insider dealing. I don't think this is anything to do with the deal and nothing related. Bod will likely release rns to that effect

I think churakov privately owns a chunk of WK, so my guess is that he needs the cash from his EUA share sale to help purchase a bigger stake of WK.

I think the deal will be announced tomorrow.

If I were I/c a company and my share price dropped 39 percent in a day. I'd be obliged to explain via RNS the following day . It would almost be contempt of shareholders if I didn't. Just my two penny worth

I took a punt. I saw this flashing on my radar at 22p, check the rns. Glad I did not buy when it went sub 20p immediately.

I had a feeling stop losses will be activated. I had difficult buying at 14.50p, sometimes when things are crashing, the ticker for that share is unresponsive !!! You can't buy or sell , as it's frozen!!!

If that was orchestrated and involved a certain fund they would have had to buy at around 30p. Gives them a running average of around 35p which might set minimum deal price as they would have to have at least break even.
