Maybe, but if we have an offer the price should move to just below the offer price so not sure why they’d need to suspend. Would they suspend if we get shares in the new entity/buyer?

or DFS not physically in their hands yet, its on its way though. The DFS would probably be classed as price sensitive so I’m expecting an RNS when they physically have it.

I'm curious for the delay to the DFS as I know they only said it was "expected" in December but we're now 2 weeks into Jan with no news on it. I'm thinking that if it wasn't great then they would have to report it ASAP where as if its linked to a potential bid / sale confirmation they may need to release both bits of news back to back or simultaneously as part of the same RNS.

Pt up 4% which is interesting...

This week we've seen the dollar firm up, as confidence grows about covid vaccines, and gold has suffered.

Copper and nickel have done well too this week due to Chinese demand and global infrastructure spending to boost economies, and of course electrification of cars which is huge.

Palladium has been fairly stable at $2400 but as hydrogen fuel cells become a thing palladium will hugely benefit.

Eurasia hold all the elements required for the coming recovery.

My thinking for a relatively quick conclusion is based on the weather, and the urgency to get the paperwork concluded in time for the start of next season at both MT and WK.

Of course we will continue to develop WK regardless, but at MT we'd have to invoke the Sinosteel contract and I doubt any buyer would want that.

So, timing could be, after DFS but we'll before next season. This is optimal for all in my opinion.

I agree that non of us have any idea about the timescales involved here. The only thing we know is how long it has been since the last update. I don't actually think there is any plan to wait for PIs to sell out to institutions. The deal will be far too important to hold back waiting for a few PIs to sell out.

Or months away, let's be honest I think they will announce it late on when most private investors have lost patience and handed over the shares to the PI's.Key is hold and look away to stop being frustrated by daily dips
